Got a dud

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After speaking with support it was determined that I had bought a faulty unit. Initially the device powered up, paired and performed as expected. I used the desktop app to enable "HD Audio". After testing I found I experienced noticable increase in battery usage. There was also some audio clipping on calls. Decided to disable the feature. Used the Hub app again to disable HD Audio, unplugged the headset, turned it off & back on per instructions. Headset never turned back on. Unresponsive. I'll update this review if I have better luck with the replacement.

Good product but has some issues

Happy Son on Father’s Day

And he has always had good luck when he buys something like this from Best Buy. He was very happy with it, and it seems to be working very well

Great quality. Uncomfortable

I wear it outside with lots of wind and street noise, and my calls are not able to hear this noise. However, it is very uncomfortable and actually hurts my ear after just 20 minutes.
