If you're in a less then ideal environment with lots of wind or loud noises this is the headset for you. I'm a truck driver and this is the 3rd one I've purchased. They generally die within 2 years with heavy usage.

So far it's working great little bit leery of platonic Bluetooth. They always seem to quit working after about four months. I have purchased two of the edge parktronic they both have quit working. Oh boy this one the legend well keep working.

Personally I don't like how it's sits in your ear I need something that feels a little tighter that's not going to fall off while I'm working.

I bought to use for my work from home and travel position. I frequently experienced static and sound quality issues. When they werent having those issues the sound quality was great.

This device maybe kind of old school but it works just fine.. I need to have one ear open to hear my surroundings…

This is a great Bluetooth headset with clear sound

I can't stand holding the phone up to my ear to talk. I can't stand using the speaker phone option to talk on the phone. I do like this headset! Easy to use. Easy to setup.

I have more than one of these Bluetooth headsets over the last 10 years. They are a great Bluetooth unit. The battery is only going to last about two years before they start losing the battery life when they are new.

Buy far the best Bluetooth on the market yesssssss

This Plantronics 5200 Bluetooth head set is an upgrade from the old Voyager version, it connects quick and easily to my android cell phone, great noise reduction, 7 hour talk time, answer phone by voice control and most importantly, it stays connected to my cell phone. Definitely recommend!

I like Plantronics devices. I never have any issues with them. However, I wish they made the Plantronics - Voyager 5220 Bluetooth Headset slender around the ear. This would allow it to stay on your ear much better.

Works well and are amazing but wasn’t for me as they don’t play music crisply enough

so far I really like my Bluetooth. I have had it that long to really say how good this product is. I didn't read any reviews prior to purchasing this Bluetooth I just hope it last longer than the last two I. Ought from another company.

I have used this product for years and have had good service out of them. I recently had to try a different brand because it wasn’t in stock at the store used the other brand for a week and had to go get another one of the plantronics brand.

Although no Sales Representative involved, since both insisted no presence of any Plantronics inventory on the store, because of the product itself was what motivated my purchase and the Best buy Store Location was very unique. Then a Purchase was MADE

Headset has good sound quality. Good volume - voice controls. Has excellent background noise cancelling (i.e. wind noise, road noise in cars, etc). Biggest downside is the reception from the headset to phone. If I walk with the phone in my pants pocket the headset loses connection and becomes garbled. I have used many other Bluetooth headsets including headphones, plantronic, Jabra, etc and none of the others have this problem. If you want to be able to walk and talk (with phone in your pocket) it might not work well for you.

If you are looking for a nice professional wireless earpiece. This is the one! Love everything about it.

Very hard to hear on this device even at the highest volume setting. Maybe ok for others but I am already thinking of selling cheap to someone else.
