Noise reduction is superb even for a truck driver like me, even with the windows down. The person on the other end will never know. And if you want super fast charging and safe keeping buy the case as well for around $27 at bestbuy.

I recently had to try a different brand because it wasn’t in stock at the store used the other brand for a week and had to go get another one of the plantronics brand.

There seems to be a problem keeping the blue tooth as the default / primary connection to the iPhone for making or receiving calls. So far, this Voyager 5220 is doing exactly as it is supposed to do? I hope it stays that way as I've had it for just over a month now.

This model has what I was waiting for, voice dialing. It was a bit tricky to setup, but once it was, it works great. Would recommend to anyone that asks.

It connects easily to phone and is easy to use. Sound 12 quality is fantastic. Even if I am walking in windy conditions the noise cancellation works perfect. My only issue is it won't connect to laptop that easily through the bluetooth. I had time connecting to laptop to use it during the Skype calls or meetings. Otherwise it is a very good product. I will recommend this product to friends if their need is to use it for their mobile phone only.
