Our state just passed a hands-free law and I was quick to grab a Plantronics Voyager. I had heard great things from the staff at Best Buy and was pleasantly surprised to find that everything was true! There is no back-ground noise on this headset. I love that it stays charged for long periods of time and how comfortable it fits on my ear. I can't say enough great things about this product!

It's exceptionally clear sound typical for Plantronics, comfortable to wear,stylish design u can use outdoors even on the light rain but not for a long time in harsh environments and doesn't read your text messages otherwise I would give5 star rating but definitely the best on the market I tried many different earpieces but I always end up with Plantronics

Easy to use, great noise reduction, 6-8 hrs of continuous use, great standby I use occasionally and get a week before I need to charge it up, I talk less than 30 minutes a day, callers say they can’t hear any background noise and I drive a 18 wheeler, purchased 06/13/2021 and still preforms like new

This is my 3rd 5220 Wireless Noise Cancelling Bluetooth Headset that I have owned. The first 2 were damaged in my pants pocket - because I have to call on certain areas of factories where electronics are not allowed to be on or visible. So - a couple of times - during my work - I have forgotten about them being in my pocket and accidentally broke them. I have found these headsets to be the easiest to use - the best in cancelling background noise - so that I can be clearly heard - and it has an excellent range of connection. I highly recommend these for anyone!

The latest from the Plantronics Voyager line. Excellent voice quality and noise cancellation. The biggist problem I had with prior models was the proprietary charging connection and that's solved - there is a standard micro-usb as well as the Plantronics magnetic. You can also get an add on charging case that not only charges, it has a battery inside, so you can recharge a dead headset while on the move. Overall the best bluetooth headset I've owned so far.

This is one great headset. The clarity of the folks I talk to is fantastic and the volume of the calls makes it easy to concentrate on the other party. No one has ever mentioned background noise on my end, either (except for a large barking dog!). Control buttons are placed far enough apart and in locations where you can't inadvertently cut a call off, etc. Battery life is great. And get the combination carrying case/charging stand to go with it.

As my office went to all remote I needed a headset that I could use with my telecom program and Teams for meetings and calls. The 5220 pairs easily and the microphone has been great at not picking up backgound noise when Its in use. Also, for a small headset I get about 7-8 hours of average with it so it lasts most of the work day which is exactly what I need it to do.

I bought this to use while driving a truck. I haven't had the chance to use it in that way yet due to the pandemic. I am however impressed with how light & comfortable it is & how clear phone calls are. I have had over the ear headsets in the past that were comfortable foe an hour or two and then irritated my ear so badly that I had to take them off. This one doesn't.

I use this headset for conference calls when I work from home and so far I have been very happy with it. No complaints about sound quality from people that I am on the phone with. I have worn it for several hours at a time and forget that I have it on. It's actually even better than i was expecting. Love the fact that it reminds me when I am on mute and the battery life has been great so far.

I love being hands free! Great sound and recharges quickly. It is a bit big, but I usually only use when working.

Although it’s not the best looking blue tooth it is the most durable one. I am a Active truck driver. I move oversize loads and secure loads in the heat,in the rain and in the cold. This Bluetooth is very rugged and up for the challenges that Texas’s weather brings. the noise cancellation works extremely well In noisy background the battery life also works very well.

I love these, fit the most part they are great but down the line i have issues with the other line hearing me.

Great bluetooth if you catch it on sale. The charging case is a great accessory but you will have to purchase separately though. Great quality and sound. It takes some getting used to for people with small ears. It slides off if you sweat so you will have to keep the area behind your ear dry in order for it to stay put.

Have owned it for a few days. Pairing was easy. Seems dependable and friends said chat was clear. Happy with the item.

The sound quality is very good and it seems to be well constructed. But I deducted a star because the range is very short and the battery drains fairly quickly. I lose connection between 25 and 30 ft from my laptop and I have to charge the headset every other day. The real test will be how long this headset lasts. It’s a good headset but I prob would not buy this headset again.

I have used the Voyager Pro HD, The Voyager Legend and now the Voyager 5220 and each model just keeps getting BETTER! The battery life, fit and style are about the same as the Legend. BUT the real improvements are; 1. Wind/noise cancelling 2. Digital speech sound quality/clarity is superior 3. Overall quality of sound and performance is superior. I also bought the charging case for the 5200 Series and it is great for heavy users on the go!

Sounds great both in ear and to receiver. Good battery life. Because it is an over the ear device glasses/sun glasses can feel a little awkward. It will occasionally disconnect from bluetooth which is a nuisance but I haven't been able to determine if it's my phone or the earpiece. Leaning toward earpiece because it seems to do it less when fully charged

I finally took the jump and went with something better than the $30-$50 models and I'm happy with my decision. The sound quality both receiving and sending are much better than the less expensive models. I also need an over the ear style and this one has been the most comfortable of the 4 or 5 other models I've used in the past.

Auditory on this item is great - very clear! Would love it, but two things bother me. 1 - it doesn't fit my ear well and pulls out frequently. Tried other ear pieces...nada. 2 - the Bluetooth frequently disconnects when the phone is within 3 feet of the earpiece and clear line of sight, i.e. in the cup holder of the car while earpiece is in the ear.
