I used this on my PC along with a Bluetooth adapter and worked with no issues. The device reports the status of the battery every time you power up the device, this is something I liked. Charging is done using a micro USB and I have had no issues with charging. This isn't that comfortable, after some time I don't like wearing this, I did try and change the pads, but still it becomes a bother after wearing for some time.

Definitely recommend!

You can purchase a charging base for it but it is an add on one should know about. Overall the unit is as advertised.

Posted .Hello, we are sorry to hear about your experience with the Voyager 5220 headset, please note the Voyager 5220 has a range of up to 98 feet, this is when connected to a Class I Bluetooth device and with optimum conditions (line of sight, no interference from electronic devices). Lets try the following: 1) Completely unpair from your phone. 2) Power off and on both devices. 3) Press and hold the call button until the LED flashes red/blue on your headset. 4) Reconnect. We also recommend to download the Plantronics Hub on your computer, from our official website, connect the headset using a USB cable, click on Notifications > Search for updates, and test. If the issue continues on different places and devices, there might be an actual fault with the headset, in which case a replacement will be necessary. The Voyager 5220 comes with a 1 year Limited Warranty, if you continue to experience difficulties, please don't hesitate to contact Plantronics Customer Care at 855-765-7878.

I'm a truck driver and this is the 3rd one I've purchased. They generally die within 2 years with heavy usage.

Purchase the item a few weeks ago, but the reception has been great. Has been a benefit for my work. Love the service from Best Buy, bought the item and received it the next day! Better service than I have ever received from Amazon.
