One of the best but the noice canceling is not as good as it used to be. B7t this bluetooth is all I use.

Was able to connect to bluetooth for my Note 9. Purchase the item a few weeks ago, but the reception has been great. Has been a benefit for my work. Love the service from Best Buy, bought the item and received it the next day! Better service than I have ever received from Amazon.

I usually love my Plantronics, and absolutely loved the previous version of this earpiece, but mine finally died after 2 years this Christmas. The replacement that I bought looks and feels mostly the same, but the reception is about 50% quality. I can hear other people fine, but I have heard from multiple people they can't understand me on the new version. They say I sound "tinny" and like it is really bad reception. I will be returning and replacing with another, hoping it is just an isolated problem, but if it happens with the replacement, I will be brand switching.

Plantronics makes an awesome earpiece for my profession and leisure activities. I have recommended this device to several of my friends and they are all equally satisfied with their purchase.

I'm kind of disappointed in the battery life of this Bluetooth headset...only 5hrs of continuous talk time???...whereas the previous model had nearly 9hrs....no good Plantronics

As described works like a charm. Had to finally replace my Motorola Sliver Elite. Researched for 2 weeks and decided to go with this. Glad I did. Working distance from phone is crazy. Clarity is outstanding.

I bought push in the ear pads. Now it fits secure Transmits fine. Less people complain when they listen to me. Everyghing sounds muddy and run together to me

I tried high end blue tooth ear pieces of other top brands and callers could Hear all background noise. The plantronics headset was cheaper and worked much better. The only down side is some static that I need to figure out.

This has all the functionality that I am used to. And then just a little bit more. Syncs well with phone and car. Range is farther than the Voyager Pro. Very handy that media will play through this headset (games and music) so all is private.

I bought this as a gift for my dad. He’s always on the go with his business cellphone, answering calls on the road. He loves it!

I use a headset while driving daily in a truck. It is a noisy enviroment and noise reduction is important to have a clear conversation. I have gone through numerous headsets and this Plantronics 5220 is very good for my application.

I had previous model... this is a nice upgrade, although some of features have changed for better...much more durable, and slides on with ease, does not fall off during day. I work 12hr shift it hangs throughout day

Of course the button is configured a bit different search that on my left ear the red button is on the bottom but the overall performance of the headset is great. This happens to be the third 5200 that I purchased as the first two had some defective issues. Third time was the charm and thus far has been great.

I like the bluetooth headset, people hear me clearly and it works great. I only gave it a 4 star because I like to use the headset for music from time to time. I have a hard time hearing music... but overall the headset works great.

I had to wait for this item over a week however it was worth the wait, I have had one previously and just love it, the unit is reliable and works very well, It has a great range and a robust feature list. I highly recommend this Bluetooth headset.

Item works as described. I used this on my PC along with a Bluetooth adapter and worked with no issues. The device reports the status of the battery every time you power up the device, this is something I liked. Charging is done using a micro USB and I have had no issues with charging. This isn't that comfortable, after some time I don't like wearing this, I did try and change the pads, but still it becomes a bother after wearing for some time.

This works sooo well for cancelling noises that would come in through the microphone. I work from home and am on the phone all day. Not wanting the person on my other line to hear that I’m watching the bachelorette and it works very well. tested and it’s soo worth it.

When it works it’s great. There are times when the headset will not connect to my phone. The earpiece will say it’s connected but no can be heard on the earpiece or phone.

I had not hade Planteonics before. This is a sleek, clear Bluetooth and all my friends have commented on the clarity, as if I am calling from my mobile directly or landline. It fits well, and I am enjoying it. This is the first time I could pair it to my mobile without going to a mobile phone store for help

Overall this is a very good headset. I have only used a couple of times to date, but so far it has worked fairly well. I have paired it to a couple of phones I use (office and cell). Not sure if voice quality is as good as a savi 745 that I had previously, but will know after a few more uses.
