sound quality was good. But found it not so easy to put on, given its weird shape, and also the odd shape made it easier to damage with many protuberances.

Love this Bluetooth! I carry a work phone and my personal phone and this Bluetooth connects to both at the same time, allowing me to take a call on either phone. It also has great volume for the noisy situations I get into at work, much more volume than other brands that I have tried.

I really like this product and have been buying the same type after the previous one wears out or splits apart.

Bought this to replace my 2 year old Plantronics Voyager because it started to drop BT randomly. So far, so good. I wish it came with the magnetic charger like the old ones did. It's kind of a pain to connect the micro USB each time I want to boost the charge.

Good headset, but would be a lot better if the piece behind your ear was smaller. It makes your ear stick out and even worse if you wear glasses. Other than that it Works great even in the wind.

Works great, ear piece keeps falling off. Simple button lay out.

I use this for the personal and work phones (2 phone capability) and it works for the most part flawlessly. Have had it for almost 2 years and aside from the occasional connectivity issues (most likely wireless carrier issues) it has been great.

The sounds could be louder and the battery could be better. I have yet to get the advertised battery life.

The headset is nice but you can’t use the older style charger. (The magnetic one). You must use the new style charger. The cover for the charging port has much to be desired. Don’t think it will last a year

This is the 3-4th one I've bought, it a great product I love it, but I'm on my phone a lot so it only last me about a year or so because of the battery, if they could ever find a way to make batteries last longer that would be awesome

Bought this for my dad as a late father's day present and he's pretty much using it all the time, even at work. I tried it out and liked it so much i even bought my mom one.

I'm no longer paranoid that something is chocking me. I didn't like the ear piece that went around my neck. I don't even wear turtle necks. So I don't like things around my neck. that was a gift. This Plantronics - Voyager 5220 Bluetooth Headset is a perfect fit for me.

I gave it four stars because it does what it said it would. The thing I don't like is I've had to reprogram it twice to my phone in the last two months as feature stopped working.

OK headset very uncomfortable in my ear has a hard time staying in my ear

Great product, very reliable, dependable. Hands free to options to answer incoming calls or just say ignore. I had 2(5200) & 1(5220). I paired them with my S9+, so easy. Sometimes I even forgot that I wear it on my ear, can interchange to either ears.

This is my first blue tooth device. I have not used it much yet, so I cannot comment on any issues I have had. What I can say is that it was easy to get it paired with my phone and there were several You Tube videos that were informative as well.

I enjoy product the demonstration demonstration and a review of this product summary takes example of all evolutionary products the price is minimal the price is reasonable And can be purchased by a normal person

Christmas Gift recipient loves it, first quality experience with a Bluetooth headset. Loves using it for work.

I had 2 get this because of the legend! The added NFC is a bonus.The 4 star rating is cause of the charge differential. you suppose 2 get a little over 7 hrs on initial charge but more like 6 and a half. Also, still a bit pricey!
