Out of the box I didn’t love how it fit in my ear, it took some getting used to but once I did it was comfortable. My issue with it was the microphone would just stop working mid call on Teams all the time. I had it for about 2 weeks and had more than a dozen meetings and multiple calls - every time the microphone would stop working and I’d have to switch to my laptop mic. Too big of a hassle so I returned it. Trying another headset from this brand but hoping the usb helps with the connection otherwise it’s going back

Pretty good ear piece

My husband has an accent and it takes the ear piece a couple of times to be able to understand him when using the voice control when someone calls. Other than that it works great!

If you are experiencing some audio issues with the headset you may want to reset the Bluetooth connection. To do so: 1) Unpair the headset from your mobile phone by accessing your Bluetooth settings. 2) Power off your mobile phone for 2 minutes and turn it back on. 3) Re-pair the headset by pressing and holding down the call control button until you see the LED flashing red and blue. 4) Access your phone Bluetooth settings and select "PLT_ V5200". You may also want to test the headset connected to a different mobile to completely isolate the issue. Wearing glasses with this headset will probably not be too comfortable depending on the type or size of the arm of the eyeglasses. We know that one size may not fit all and if you find the product too uncomfortable for normal use we strongly recommend that you consider using a headset with a different wearing style. He uses this non stop and thinks this one is great too. He is an avid believer in the Plantronics bluetooth earpiece. He loves them.

The transition from one phone to another is seamless, Love it. It does seem a little heavy on the ear and it cannot be left on for a very long time.

I liked it so much I returned for a 2nd one. So easy to use especially the fact that you can answer and hang up with voice command. Makes things much more convenient.

Excellent audio but not for me

I do not like over the ear headsets but I needed a new headset and based on other reviews I gave it a shot. It felt heavy and awkward. Glasses make it more uncomfortable. I found it very difficult to put on with one hand which reduces it's usefulness in the car. The electronics are excellent but the overall design is old school and just not right for me. I went with a new Voyager Edge again.

You do not need to press any buttons to answer and the voice prompt lets you know who is calling from your contacts. The other part I like is that you can stream music through it

Nothing flimsy about it, very well made, and it works the way it's designed. I've had one previous and upgraded to a new one for Christmas.

It would be nice if it were a bit more discreet, but I suppose that to get that kind of quality, the microphone needs to be closer to the mouth.
