I tried high end blue tooth ear pieces of other top brands and callers could Hear all background noise. The plantronics headset was cheaper and worked much better. The only down side is some static that I need to figure out.

I had previous model... this is a nice upgrade, although some of features have changed for better...much more durable, and slides on with ease, does not fall off during day. I work 12hr shift it hangs throughout day

Love this Bluetooth! I carry a work phone and my personal phone and this Bluetooth connects to both at the same time, allowing me to take a call on either phone. It also has great volume for the noisy situations I get into at work, much more volume than other brands that I have tried.

In my opinion, simply the best head set on the market. Nothing flimsy about it, very well made, and it works the way it's designed. I've had one previous and upgraded to a new one for Christmas.

Great Bluetooth! My husband loves it. He's a mechanic and this is the only one that we've found that stays in place. Voice commands work awesome as well.

I use a headset while driving daily in a truck. It is a noisy enviroment and noise reduction is important to have a clear conversation. I have gone through numerous headsets and this Plantronics 5220 is very good for my application.

This is my first blue tooth device. I have not used it much yet, so I cannot comment on any issues I have had. What I can say is that it was easy to get it paired with my phone and there were several You Tube videos that were informative as well.

Great product, very reliable, dependable. Hands free to options to answer incoming calls or just say ignore. I had 2(5200) & 1(5220). I paired them with my S9+, so easy. Sometimes I even forgot that I wear it on my ear, can interchange to either ears.

Very good product but battery does last long. Can't go over six hours and need a recharge

I'm no longer paranoid that something is chocking me. I didn't like the ear piece that went around my neck. I don't even wear turtle necks. So I don't like things around my neck. that was a gift. This Plantronics - Voyager 5220 Bluetooth Headset is a perfect fit for me.

I like the bluetooth headset, people hear me clearly and it works great. I only gave it a 4 star because I like to use the headset for music from time to time. I have a hard time hearing music... but overall the headset works great.

Good headset, but would be a lot better if the piece behind your ear was smaller. It makes your ear stick out and even worse if you wear glasses. Other than that it Works great even in the wind.

sound quality was good. But found it not so easy to put on, given its weird shape, and also the odd shape made it easier to damage with many protuberances.

Great ear piece. I've had a few over the years and like everything else they eventually stop working but for the amount of use they get compared to the cost these are great ear pieces

The headset is nice but you can’t use the older style charger. (The magnetic one). You must use the new style charger. The cover for the charging port has much to be desired. Don’t think it will last a year

Love this bluetooth headset, the only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is because I've had it drop my calls a couple of times when switching over to bluetooth
