I liked it so much I returned for a 2nd one. So easy to use especially the fact that you can answer and hang up with voice command. Makes things much more convenient.

So far Best Buy has been very good with returns. My low rating was for the Bluetooth device itself. I could not rate battery life as it wouldn't stay connected long enough. Possible i might consider a refurbished model again. Keep this in mind when you read the checked boxes

You do not need to press any buttons to answer and the voice prompt lets you know who is calling from your contacts. The other part I like is that you can stream music through it

And the durability of this earpiece. My last one still works but after 4 years all the runner wore off and just needed a new one.

He uses this non stop and thinks this one is great too. He is an avid believer in the Plantronics bluetooth earpiece. He loves them.

If you are experiencing some audio issues with the headset you may want to reset the Bluetooth connection. To do so: 1) Unpair the headset from your mobile phone by accessing your Bluetooth settings. 2) Power off your mobile phone for 2 minutes and turn it back on. 3) Re-pair the headset by pressing and holding down the call control button until you see the LED flashing red and blue. 4) Access your phone Bluetooth settings and select "PLT_ V5200". You may also want to test the headset connected to a different mobile to completely isolate the issue. Wearing glasses with this headset will probably not be too comfortable depending on the type or size of the arm of the eyeglasses. We know that one size may not fit all and if you find the product too uncomfortable for normal use we strongly recommend that you consider using a headset with a different wearing style. It wears out after 3 or 4 years, and I get a no charge replacement due to purchasing the extended warranty. If it did not work well, I wouldn't replace it.

This is an okay earpiece. It functions the way it should but at the same time proves itself to be lack luster. With a function to fight buffeting from wind and ambient noise cancellation, it is odd that the quality of this multi mic-ed product has worse call quality than an airport speakerphone.

Connects easy to multiple phones

The transition from one phone to another is seamless, Love it. It does seem a little heavy on the ear and it cannot be left on for a very long time.

My husband has an accent and it takes the ear piece a couple of times to be able to understand him when using the voice control when someone calls. Other than that it works great!
