So far I used many hands free devices but so far this is the best headset I used I will highly recommend this noise cancellation and battery life is very good

You can hear okay but the background noise is something that the people on the other end complained about. I work construction though.

I purchased this blue tooth earpiece over 2 years ago and I love it! It allows me to be hands free. This is my second one; my first was was a gift and it lasted for years.

this bluetooth ear piece was at the time cost the most but i expected top notch and it basically is! just wish there was more than 6 hours talk time before battery dies, HOWEVER it charges rapidly!

Good working head set, battery not that good, bought my first one and only lasted 4 months and the battery we t dead

Worked as described. My biggest concern was the moveable parts and breakage. Seems to be built pretty well. Flexible which will decrease the chances that I will break this when I store in briefcase of suitcase during travel.

I love this devices beibg able to control all my smart devices . My plantronic makesy life easier with out having to use my hands

I like this headset but I'm disappointed that I was unable to buy a warranty. Apparently you no longer can buy a warranty for this product at Best Buy..

This seems to work fine. The volume isnt wonderful, and it dorsnt actually go stick in your ear like earbuds. More or less just puts the sound near your ear

It didn't come with a charging box and it sounds a bit muffled. Fit ok

The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars was the charging covwr. Its hard to get off.

TL;DR I feel hustled like companies who support Elon Musk. This is an okay earpiece. It functions the way it should but at the same time proves itself to be lack luster. With a function to fight buffeting from wind and ambient noise cancellation, it is odd that the quality of this multi mic-ed product has worse call quality than an airport speakerphone.

I bought this believing Plantronics would've increased quality since the Voyager Pro+ but nothing matches the clarity of the Voyager Pro+. Range is good but the audio readouts have static and everyone said my voice drops out even though it doesn't sound like it through the headset. Go online and look for the Voyager Pro+. They're discontinued but you can still get them new. I bought 10 on a popular auction site so I should be ok for a while. Since you can get the Voyager Pro+ I wouldn't recommend the newer Plantronics models, but Plantronics doesn't support the Voyager Pro+ so there's no way to get any firmware upgrades.

I returned this because the max volume for the earpiece was too low? I replaced it with a Plantronics 4210 and it works very well.

Its technology is advanced and simple to use, my work needs to have two cell phones connected at the same time, it works perfectly, I interact between them, and I do not have problems with the interface.

Unfortunately this earpiece shows a charging case in the photos on Best buy but doesn't actually come with it. I had this earpiece for a few years until it was stolen at my employers office. It's a great earpiece for conference calls and works with multiple chat software (Teams, Zoom, WebEx). No charging case = Deal Killer in real life use though. No one wants to plug and unplug daily. Had to return.

Have used Plantronics for years. This one is one is the only one I've had that hurts my ear after wearing for a while and doesn't pick up my voice when I say "answer" or "ignore" - you almost have to yell it.

This is my third one i have owned. I enjoy the answer or ignore option. And the durability of this earpiece. My last one still works but after 4 years all the runner wore off and just needed a new one.
