The added NFC is a bonus.The 4 star rating is cause of the charge differential. you suppose 2 get a little over 7 hrs on initial charge but more like 6 and a half. Also, still a bit pricey!

It would be nice if it were a bit more discreet, but I suppose that to get that kind of quality, the microphone needs to be closer to the mouth.

Functionality is a 5. But longevity is a 2 at best. If you work outside, sweat or are exposed to weather often, you will not get a year of use out of these. BB used to offer 2 year replacement for $30 but has discontinued this. Hopefully there are other options.

Excellent audio but not for me

I do not like over the ear headsets but I needed a new headset and based on other reviews I gave it a shot. It felt heavy and awkward. Glasses make it more uncomfortable. I found it very difficult to put on with one hand which reduces it's usefulness in the car. The electronics are excellent but the overall design is old school and just not right for me. I went with a new Voyager Edge again.

He currently has an older car that does not have Bluetooth so this has been great for him. He is rough on products but this has withstood his use.

The fit is great even with my glasses on. The only thing I don't like is the battery time but since I use it constantly I really can't complain.

I purchased this just to try a new headset and all of my issues were solved. This unit fits better has better clarity and you can hear the person loud and clear.
