Super comfortable. Did poor job at talk to text which was one of the primary reasons I purchased it. Was ok with phone calls.

I like how the product performs. The power switch is a little flakey. It doesn't always turn the product ON when I switch it ON. Sometimes I have to turn it Off and ON a few times before it works.

I'm on my 3rd 5200 series. Sound quality is a 4. Functionality is a 5. But longevity is a 2 at best. If you work outside, sweat or are exposed to weather often, you will not get a year of use out of these. BB used to offer 2 year replacement for $30 but has discontinued this. Hopefully there are other options.

This is the first earpiece that performs better than its reviews! Easy to use, quick to recharge and excellent voice clarity even in a loud service vehicle! This is the one to buy if your on the fence. I've had several but none compare to the quality of the Plantronics 5200!

Plantronics is the way to go for all your bluetooth devices. I have used many different types and the plantronics are by far the best. The 5220 is a great asset as I am a truck driver and have to be hands free.

Works great with office phone. I wanted to see if also works well with cell.

I love this headset. Way better than the Motorola Boom 3. The fit is great even with my glasses on. The only thing I don't like is the battery time but since I use it constantly I really can't complain.

Love these! Disappointed that they didn’t come with a case but the headset is great!

this is the next version of the voyager legend series the buttons are now located on the top of the unit. same great headset as the voyager legend only problem is it does not have the same software the legend 5220 does not have a find your headset or headset back tracker program

Doesn't seem to function 100% like it should. It cuts in and out at times causing problems with my conversations.

I had one and thought it was time for a new one. I still like how it sits in the ear, the easy access to the control buttons and speaking. Just don't get around a microwave running while using this as you get interference.

Plantronics makes great head sets! I have 5 of them for me and my family and we all love them. The ease to boy on line and pick up at the store is great, saves time! and the 0% financing is wonderful!

Took less than 2 minutes to sync with my phone! Nice feature - the headset tells you who is calling from your contacts and you can verbally answer or decline.

Great so easy to set up. Stays in the ear. Can walk over 100 feet away from phone and still be connect.

Great sound quality and worked fine, but doesn't work well with reading glasses and had to return it. The size of the piece over the ear is just too thick.

Great for calls. Not the best for music, but perfect if you're always on the move and need your hands free! Battery doesn't last as long as the previous model but charges fast and has better range.

I had an earlier version of this product and liked it a lot. One of the best features is that it can make a loud noise to help you find it if you put it down and don't remember where. It also has an app that will let you update the firmware if it needs it.

I purchased this for me son and he is extremely happy with this product and comments regularly how clearly he can hear people and feels as though they can hear him. I would highly recommend this product to people needed a handsfree option.

I really like the headset. I recommend that you purchase the maint program. I have had 3 of these and the usb port for charging gos bad in about 1 yrs time.
