    Voyager Pro+ is much better

I bought this believing Plantronics would've increased quality since the Voyager Pro+ but nothing matches the clarity of the Voyager Pro+. Range is good but the audio readouts have static and everyone said my voice drops out even though it doesn't sound like it through the headset. Go online and look for the Voyager Pro+. They're discontinued but you can still get them new. I bought 10 on a popular auction site so I should be ok for a while. Since you can get the Voyager Pro+ I wouldn't recommend the newer Plantronics models, but Plantronics doesn't support the Voyager Pro+ so there's no way to get any firmware upgrades.

Did not to spend $1300 on a new phone just because the mic stopped working. This was a perfect way to save money. The clarity and ease of connection were a perfect match.

I had one and thought it was time for a new one. I still like how it sits in the ear, the easy access to the control buttons and speaking. Just don't get around a microwave running while using this as you get interference.

It’s a decent piece, just don’t like the fact that the last one broke on me, but it’s a good thing I purchased the protection plan and returned it with no questions asked and replaced with a brand new one.

This model is noticeably better than previous model. However, the battery life is nowhere nearly as good. My old one lasted 3-5 days, depending on my usage. This one is down to less than an hour by the end of the 2nd day.

I bought this as a gift for my Dad, since he talks on the phone so much. So far he has been happy with it, the voice answer does not work on his phone though. Other than that it seems like a good headset.

I was skeptical at first, I tried out the Voyager Legend and hated it, I returned it and got this one, I have no complaints, rarely staticky, but nothing too bad, it's a wireless device, it'll have its hiccups

This headset had a lot of static even st close range The noise reduction was good, limitations in range and sound quality outweigh the good. I retuned the device.

This is the first earpiece that performs better than its reviews! Easy to use, quick to recharge and excellent voice clarity even in a loud service vehicle! This is the one to buy if your on the fence. I've had several but none compare to the quality of the Plantronics 5200!

After hearing about the new Voyager 5220 and how it was supposed to have superior noise cancelling capabilities, wanting to upgrade from the Legend I bought one. Unfortunately, I found that there is no difference between the Voyager 5220 and the Voyager Legend and the noise cancelling. Also, the 5220 is somewhat larger that the Legend making it less comfortable to wear and it doesn't fit as well. If you are looking to upgrade from the Legend I would definitely think twice before purchasing the 5220.

Thank you for your honest review.

We consider the noise cancellation capabilities of the Voyager 5200 series to be superior compared to the Voyager Legend, although since the Legend already had excellent noise cancellation this might only be apparent on scenarios where there is a lot of background or wind noise.

The ear tip sizes for the new Voyager 5200 have also been adjusted. If it's not as comfortable as it was before you might want to try another ear tip size. Plantronics

Great EarPiece. Don't forget to get the replacement plan. I have dropped my earpiece a few times while removing facemask and even stepped on it accidentally and the Best Buy was great about replacing it.

This device is by far the best on the market however, I have purchased 4 units over several yrs. The longevity of the product is concerning versus what is paid for product. Turning the unit on it connects to the phone and quickly disconnects.
