I would say that the feel of this unit might be slightly less comfortable than the previous model however I have not owned a better BT unit. I might say that it would be improved with noise cancelling but have not tested a unit with it that was not a headphone scenario.

I didn't know what I was missing or the convenience that this new Plantronic Bluetooth headset would give me over my old ear bud type set. I have so much more ease of use, clarity and functionality. Definitely an item I will recommend to all my friends.

I love this thing, the only thing I don’t like is trying to put in the ear piece, I have lost the best one because I didn’t get it in right, Best Buy doesn’t sale extra ones.

Bought this for my father in law. He’s able to work and be hands free with his phone and can answer with a quick push of a button. If he likes it, I like it.

I've been buying Plantronics for a while now. They start out working great then they just seem to start losing it. But since they are reliable, I keep on buying them.

Love it and the manager at Best Buy bee caves was great and helping me purchase this product.

Love this product. It is very easy to answer a phone call by simply responding with "answer: and not having to push a button on the headset

I bought one of these off of Ebay & it was horrible but i have friends that have one & love it. So i decided to buy one from Best Buy & it works great. Great distance & ease of use. The only thing i have an issue with is it answering all of the time by just my voice.

This is the third one I have purchased. I have been happy enough to keep buying the same one. I broke the first and lost the second.

this is the forth one of their earpieces I have purchased in the last fourteen years, I ware it six days a week and I am getting four and a half years out of each one. I think that's pretty good . don't ever see me buying some one else's product.

Great EarPiece. Don't forget to get the replacement plan. I have dropped my earpiece a few times while removing facemask and even stepped on it accidentally and the Best Buy was great about replacing it.

Ok item I didnt really like the fact that the ear budds kept falling out thats why I returned it.

I am fan of this bluetooth. this is my second one. only problem I get is rarely I get connections were lost. This happened rarely. Otherwise excellent for working people

I plan on returning this headset fits great looks great but very problematic . From the minute I turned it on it wouldn't sync properly to my Android S7 i had to call plantronics and they explained it wasn't updated ??? , people don't hear me even at its highest volume and I am now hearing a tapping noise from speaker when someone talks I mean for a new headset this is too many problems. I just bought it black Friday. Shoulda went back to my old LG .

It sounds is great, it's clear, my only issue, it doesn't hear you when you tell it to answer the call.. other then that completely satisfied..

Highly recommend. Great for the office. I can be on a zoom meeting and if I need to take a call it automatically switches to my phone when I answer. Great hands free headset.

Works well. Bestbuy is the place to go when you need something quickly. Had the product in-stock. Picked up from store same day. Setup was very easy using computer bluetooth.

I'm gonna have to take it back because the talk time isn't still saying 7 hours like when I first bought it a month ago. But besides that it's a solid unit. I'm pleased with the performance and quality.

Did not to spend $1300 on a new phone just because the mic stopped working. This was a perfect way to save money. The clarity and ease of connection were a perfect match.

This is my 2nd or 3rd one (keep losing them :O() and I keep coming back to this model. Audio clarity is great and someone on the other end rarely says, "I can't hear you". Only complaint is it sometimes overrides the bluetooth in my car.
