    By far the best Plantronics headset I've owned, and I've had more than a few. Some models have issues connecting to iPhones and breaking the Bluetooth connection during calls: yet this one is always a flawless connection and no disconnecting from the iPhone.

    I did not purchase this item b/c I was told it wasn’t in stock but would love to have it. I am actually waiting on a Plantronic that’s suppose to be delivered to my home but I haven’t heard anything about my order

    Love this blue tooth! I have had two different ones previously but this one goes beyond and exceeds my expectations. It is so easy to use and have had no issues with it. Can't sing enough praises for this blue tooth. Absolutely love it!

    Doesn't get any better than this. Microphone clarity is by far the most quality feature but all around great device.

    Makes taking calls/meetings from a computer and cell phone seamless. Not to mention being able to 'jump' back and forth between the two a breeze!! Definitely recommend this product as a must have.

    I really didnt know how to rate this product. It is the best, most comfortable, feature full headset at a fair price that I have ever owned.... BUT - they don't last very long. 5 stars for use and comfort - 1 star for durablity. I have purchased 6, yes 6 of these and they only lasted about a yea,, some lessr. Yes I used them hard - 8 or more hours everyday, mostly in a comfortable environment. Yes, 1 was probably an idiot to continue buying them but,, other than the durability issues, they were miles ahead of any other similar device in useability and comfort. Alas, I have finally had enough and will try to find another device as I just cannot depend on them when I need them. I still have all 6 if the company wants them - and a few chargers as well.

    I've been using plantronics for over 10 years. I really love this product. It announces the person name who's calling, it comes in handy. I will continue to buy this product as long as plantronics makes it.

    This Bluetooth is one of the best that I've purchased! The clarity is amazing. The only negative is that the battery dies quickly. I would and have recommended this product to my friends.

    it is a great product. it works great however i will be getting this replaced with one that is a headphone style no fault of the product, just the other is better suited to my needs.

    I have only had this item a few weeks, but so far so good. Easy to set up and fists in ear pretty well. Loudness is good. I can hear this just fine even though I have very bad hearing.

    I prefer this earpiece over the Voyager Legend because the volume buttons are a little more pronounced. The clarity is exceptional and the WindSmart feature allows me to talk in high wind conditions.

    So far so good. This is my 2nd Bluetooth. The older model kept dropping calls. Perhaps this one is better than the other one. I will see.

      Hi! Thank you for your honest review on our Voyager 5220 Headset. We're sorry to hear about your experience. If calls are disconnecting from your headset, it is possible this is related to the smart sensors. These sensors detect the pressure of your ear when using the earpiece however, there are many environmental conditions that can trigger the sensors and send a signal to your phone that you're not wearing the earpiece. These can be: Wearing glasses, having the earpiece a bit loose from your ear for instance and so on. Please try disabling the Master sensor through our Plantronics Hub for Desktop: https://goo.gl/5ceQ1v To do so: go to settings>sensors on Hub and disable it. In addition to this, please ensure your unit's firmware is up to date by checking for updates and applying any (if available).     It's a bluetooth headset. It doesn't do anything fancy and the technology behind it is old and outdated so what can you expect. It can answer calls without using your phone. Nothing new there.

    This headset performs well. The design is excellent. But, I have gone through more of them than I can count. I take very good care of them; however, they work for a while then have issues. The get garbled, or disconnect, or won't charge....I've had so many different issues with them. I get the insurance policy with it so Best Buy's replaces them. But, now BB has decided not to continue the insurance policy with this unit. I understand why! And this tells you something. Under quality I gave it 2 stars, only because it feels well built and has a quality design, but the consistency between units, and the constant small problems that arise after a few weeks to months...makes it much lower. The last one I replaced will be the last. The Voyager Pro is not as good functionally, but the one I had was bullet proof. It only went out after washing it in a washing machine. But the 5200...not solid.

The Voyager 5220 is one of our best communication headsets and specially engineered to deliver superior call clarity. When facing audio/connection issues, we have a few procedures that should solve them. For audio issues please reset the BT connection. To do so: https://bit.ly/2OOMfnw. If you experience connectivity issues, it is crucial to take into account this may be related to the smart sensors. These detect the pressure from your ear when wearing the earpiece; However, there can be several conditions triggering them, like having the earpiece a bit loose from your ear, or wearing glasses. To isolate the cause of the issue, please disable the master sensor through our Hub Software for desktop: https://bit.ly/30jDXJM.     This is my husband's second of this same model (he accidentally left the previous at a truck stop). He's been using Plantronics for about 13 yrs exclusively and is an over the road truck driver.

    I upgraded from an older voyager. I love that i can charge this headset with a USB cable and don't have to carry the little magnet piece like with the old one.
