So i decided to buy one from Best Buy & it works great. Great distance & ease of use. The only thing i have an issue with is it answering all of the time by just my voice.

But, I have gone through more of them than I can count. I take very good care of them; however, they work for a while then have issues. The get garbled, or disconnect, or won't charge....I've had so many different issues with them. I get the insurance policy with it so Best Buy's replaces them. But, now BB has decided not to continue the insurance policy with this unit. I understand why! And this tells you something. Under quality I gave it 2 stars, only because it feels well built and has a quality design, but the consistency between units, and the constant small problems that arise after a few weeks to months...makes it much lower. The last one I replaced will be the last. The Voyager Pro is not as good functionally, but the one I had was bullet proof. It only went out after washing it in a washing machine. But the 5200...not solid.

The Voyager 5220 is one of our best communication headsets and specially engineered to deliver superior call clarity. When facing audio/connection issues, we have a few procedures that should solve them. For audio issues please reset the BT connection. To do so: https://bit.ly/2OOMfnw. If you experience connectivity issues, it is crucial to take into account this may be related to the smart sensors. These detect the pressure from your ear when wearing the earpiece; However, there can be several conditions triggering them, like having the earpiece a bit loose from your ear, or wearing glasses. To isolate the cause of the issue, please disable the master sensor through our Hub Software for desktop: https://bit.ly/30jDXJM. The life span of the product depends on the usage but on the vast majority of cases they last for way past their warranty period. Please note this model counts with a one-year limited warranty. Audio clarity is great and someone on the other end rarely says, "I can't hear you". Only complaint is it sometimes overrides the bluetooth in my car.

So, why cant we buy an earpiece that works the way they are supposed to?. Tried all kinds. They all have problems. This one is average. But none are really good. Would pay 500.00 for one that works really good.....

A Better Bluetooth

I will continue to use it for it feels and works better with our iPhone’s than the AirPods.

I have had two different ones previously but this one goes beyond and exceeds my expectations. It is so easy to use and have had no issues with it. Can't sing enough praises for this blue tooth. The first 2 I bought previous years were great. This 3rd one I bought is put quality. After 2 weeks of use, everyone I speak to on the device says it sounds like I'm mumbling and my voice doesn't come through as clear. I end up taking it of and using my speaker on my phone instead. I recommend not eating your money this product.

Some models have issues connecting to iPhones and breaking the Bluetooth connection during calls: yet this one is always a flawless connection and no disconnecting from the iPhone.
