No matter where I use it in my house with my laptops/BT600s or phone it will cut out even being next to the electronics. Even with eliminating all other possible items that could interfere. I’ve done hours of troubleshooting with the company and my company’s IT dept. They said there should be nothing interfering but it appears something is. I’ve tried multiple headsets like this model/brand prior to this purchase. I am disappointed.

This is my second plantronics product after the other one decided to go for a swim with me. I upgraded this time and I am very happy with my purchase. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.

We bought the product for my husband and it is wonderful. When we talk, I don’t hear background noise or interference. The product also fulfills dot guidelines for hands-free devices. My husband had no problem setting it up or learning to use it.

Upgraded recently was not as impressed once I put it to use.. several complaints from my callers on charity. Can't seam to find the range it advertised

Great product just needs better ear cushions so as to stay in the ear.

I bought this for my husband's birthday, he had never thought he would like or use something like this, but now he uses it all the time, loves it and the clerk was very helpful in finding the perfect item for me

It has been our pleasure to have used the Plantronics Bluetooth Headset for the past several years. I will continue to use it for it feels and works better with our iPhone’s than the AirPods.

I purchased it as a gift and the recipient has nothing but great things to say about the use. Although, he did mention fully charged is only 8 hours and I have two older models that last 10 plus hours fully charge.

I purchased this unit to replace an older model Plantronics headset that was wearing out, it works fine, my only complaint is it doesn’t seem as comfortable in my ear as the old one.

I found it online and purchasd it for delivery to the store. The whole scenario played out smoothly. My wife likes it and you know, " If momma ain't happy, then nobody's happy." She is so I am also. I would purchase it again if the need ever arose.

I have owned all the plantronic headsets before this one and I can say they are good but they do have their faults! That's why it is recommended that u buy Best Buy's protection plan for only $15 so that way if it ever gets damaged they replace it for free!

Loved this so much, I bought 2 more for my drivers . Easy to connect and switch over for another call. It’s voice activated to answer calls if your phone isn’t within reach if you don’t want to miss a call

This bluetooth is good I like the noise cancellation feature . What I don't like is that the Bluetooth keeps falling off the ear.

I have purchased this item several times because I like the performance. However, it is fragile and breaks often so I always purchase the protection.

Purchased for a family member who is on the road a lot and she loves it. The hands free answer and disconnect is great. Clarity is fantastic on both ends of the call. You will not be disappointed if you get this one.

Plantronics makes a good Bluetooth Headset. The functions are easy to use and I appreciate learning the amount of talk time available when the unit is powered on.

I have very small ears. This was too big and would not fit properly. Had to return it.

In my time of using this device, I found it to be uncomfortable. It comes with various size earpieces but all of them seemed to be the incorrect size, thus allowing the device to move or not stay where it should. The one size that seemed to "fit" would become uncomfortable after hours of wearing the device. This was something I wanted to wear at work all day and I found myself taking it off to let my ear rest. the battery life was ok unless you played music in which case it would drain down pretty fast.
