Excellent purchase!! couldn't do without it,!!!!!!!

I purchased it as a gift and the recipient has nothing but great things to say about the use. Although, he did mention fully charged is only 8 hours and I have two older models that last 10 plus hours fully charge.

Loved this so much, I bought 2 more for my drivers . Easy to connect and switch over for another call. It’s voice activated to answer calls if your phone isn’t within reach if you don’t want to miss a call

Great product for my elderly father. Easy to use. I have had to replace it after a year or so of use. I recommend the replace plan on this item.

No matter where I use it in my house with my laptops/BT600s or phone it will cut out even being next to the electronics. Even with eliminating all other possible items that could interfere. I’ve done hours of troubleshooting with the company and my company’s IT dept. They said there should be nothing interfering but it appears something is. I’ve tried multiple headsets like this model/brand prior to this purchase. I am disappointed.

Replace my old one that I had used for about 5 years. Flipped off my ear putting hood on and off in a snow storm.

It sounds is great, it's clear, my only issue, it doesn't hear you when you tell it to answer the call.. other then that completely satisfied..

I plan on returning this headset fits great looks great but very problematic . From the minute I turned it on it wouldn't sync properly to my Android S7 i had to call plantronics and they explained it wasn't updated ??? , people don't hear me even at its highest volume and I am now hearing a tapping noise from speaker when someone talks I mean for a new headset this is too many problems. I just bought it black Friday. Shoulda went back to my old LG .

I work from home and use it for both my work cell and personal cell. It makes my life so much easier and has a long range. No more sore neck or people saying they can't hear me.

I have very small ears. This was too big and would not fit properly. Had to return it.

We bought the product for my husband and it is wonderful. When we talk, I don’t hear background noise or interference. The product also fulfills dot guidelines for hands-free devices. My husband had no problem setting it up or learning to use it.

Purchased for a family member who is on the road a lot and she loves it. The hands free answer and disconnect is great. Clarity is fantastic on both ends of the call. You will not be disappointed if you get this one.

I'm gonna have to take it back because the talk time isn't still saying 7 hours like when I first bought it a month ago. But besides that it's a solid unit. I'm pleased with the performance and quality.

Easy to set up, works as described. Purchased for relative who is having muscle issues and cannot hold her phone long - she loves it and says it is a blessing.

Bought this for my husband to replace the same device that has been a good product.

I found it online and purchasd it for delivery to the store. The whole scenario played out smoothly. My wife likes it and you know, " If momma ain't happy, then nobody's happy." She is so I am also. I would purchase it again if the need ever arose.

Purchased to replace a competitor's model and realized very soon that time and money was wasted on competitor's model. Should have purchased this device first.
