This headset keeps hands free from holding my cell phone. I have carpel tunnel and my hands get tired quickly. This has worked well so far.

This was a gift for someone who runs a business and is on the phone all day while driving from job to job. So far it is working great and paired well with an iPhone.

I purchased the Voyager 5220 headset to pair with my Samsung Galaxy S8+ cell phone. Pairing was super easy and the features are great. Volume is very adjustable and LOUD on the top setting. This is a top-notch headset.

Very clear voice transmission. People think I'm talking from my office phone instead of my cellular phone.

Overall nice ear piece but the noise cancelling feature works a little to well in noisy or windy environments causing others to have difficulty hearing you commenting that you sound distant

This is a great little gadget. I leave my phone in my pocket book and don't miss calls. The instructions for answering the phone by voice is clear but I can't make an outgoing one by voice.

Its the law! And costs 130.00. So, why cant we buy an earpiece that works the way they are supposed to?. Tried all kinds. They all have problems. This one is average. But none are really good. Would pay 500.00 for one that works really good.....

Pretty disappointed, unfortunately! Why? Yes. The battery life is solid, but I’d say it drops the blue tooth signal at least once a day in a middle of a conversation. It ain’t the end of the world, but it definitely doesn’t make things easier when you’re on the phone all day. BTW I’m using basically new Mac hardware.

Hello! Thank you for reviewing or Voyager 5220, however, we are sorry to hear you are having problems with your headset. We intend to provide the highest quality products to our customers and we thank you for bringing this to our attention. If you are experiencing audio or connectivity issues, we recommend resetting the headset by pressing and holding the call control and mute buttons for 5 seconds while it's turned off, this will reset the headset. We also recommend unpairing and repairing the headset with your mobile phone. Last but not least we always recommend disabling the smart sensors of the headset with the Plantronics Hub application and check if it doesn't have any updates available. Testing the headset with a different mobile phone can also help us isolate the problem. Please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team at 1-888-363-0726 if you require assistance. plantronics

This product is excellent in that since I have started using it, it has been a part of my dress code. I have one that was out f warrantee, but I had to get a replacement due to the satisfaction gained from the previous one.

The Voyager is slighter fatter and hurts the back of my ear while the Legend II did not. But the product works great (and my ears are super sensitive -- most people would have no problem)

However, I ended up not using it as much since I got the Beats Pro. But this really doesn't pick up any wind noise which is rare even these days.

I absolutely love my new Platonics Bluetooth headset!! I love the fact it let's me know who's calling so I don't have to constantly check the caller ID on my phone. I would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Disappointing I thought it came on a charger stand but you have to plug it in and then that was pretty hard to figure out doesn’t show you anywhere instructions out to go watch YouTube which is annoying because most the Youtubers were talking about other stupid stuff and finally one just showed where the charger went I would choose something else if I were to buy another headset
