If calls are disconnecting from your headset, it is possible this is related to the smart sensors. These sensors detect the pressure of your ear when using the earpiece however, there are many environmental conditions that can trigger the sensors and send a signal to your phone that you're not wearing the earpiece. These can be: Wearing glasses, having the earpiece a bit loose from your ear for instance and so on. Please try disabling the Master sensor through our Plantronics Hub for Desktop: https://goo.gl/5ceQ1v To do so: go to settings>sensors on Hub and disable it. In addition to this, please ensure your unit's firmware is up to date by checking for updates and applying any (if available). As you may know, this product has a one-year warranty from date of purchase. That's why it is recommended that u buy Best Buy's protection plan for only $15 so that way if it ever gets damaged they replace it for free!
