Posted .That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so:
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone and test.
If the issue is the same we recommend testing the device with another phone to determine if it's on the phone or headset. If the issue persists even on a different phone we can replace that device, it comes with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. Note that while this headset features a stronger Bluetooth transmitter that extends the range up to 98 feet it is required for the device that the headset is connected to also features a class 1 Bluetooth transmitter. Most mobile phones have a class 2 Bluetooth transmitter which is good for up to 33 feet, but we recommend that you contact your phone manufacturer for confirmation.

The battery life is solid, but I’d say it drops the blue tooth signal at least once a day in a middle of a conversation. It ain’t the end of the world, but it definitely doesn’t make things easier when you’re on the phone all day. BTW I’m using basically new Mac hardware.

If you are experiencing audio or connectivity issues, we recommend resetting the headset by pressing and holding the call control and mute buttons for 5 seconds while it's turned off, this will reset the headset. We also recommend unpairing and repairing the headset with your mobile phone. Last but not least we always recommend disabling the smart sensors of the headset with the Plantronics Hub application and check if it doesn't have any updates available. But this one with Alexa is terrific. I got Alexa all over my house and in my car, but now in my ear, Its like winning the Lottery!

Pairing was super easy and the features are great. Volume is very adjustable and LOUD on the top setting. This is a top-notch headset.

The issue is that they dont last long because they start sounding as if you are in a tunnel to the person on the other end. They last pretty good for about a year and thats it unfortunately

My only complaint is the size of the ear piece part, they should probably make more size variations besides sm, med and large.

It comes with various size earpieces but all of them seemed to be the incorrect size, thus allowing the device to move or not stay where it should. The one size that seemed to "fit" would become uncomfortable after hours of wearing the device. This was something I wanted to wear at work all day and I found myself taking it off to let my ear rest. the battery life was ok unless you played music in which case it would drain down pretty fast.
