This was my first venture using an over the ear headset. It will take a little time for me to get used to it. I do find the weight a bit distracting but I hope I'll adjust to it.

Works well , seamless set up would purchase all over again , other one went through washing machine , bought new one while it was drying out , now I have two and they both work !

I did not like the way it fits so i had to return it. Functionality was fine--my issue was the fit only

I've had many bluetooth earpieces over the years, from Motorola, Blue Ant, Jabra, Samsung, and this is my first Plantronics device, and I am super happy with the device, and the ease of use.

This works really well and when my husband uses it I have no trouble understanding him. He uses it all the time and we're thinking about buying another one so he can have one charging while he uses the other.

The headset is really good overall, Plantronics is probably the best brand for headsets but I get more static with this one than with past generations! Other than that really good!

I've owned several of these headsets over the years but now and then one is just a lemon. This one would cut out half the time .

I drive a sweeper truck and this Bluetooth is great it is so loud in my cab with all the equipment running but even with all that people do not hear anything but my voice when I'm on a call

This is one of the best headsets, clear sound, can answer call without touching my telephone. But get the warranty does break fairly easy

Bought this for my husband to replace the same device that has been a good product.

I always loved and had Plantronics headsets. But this one with Alexa is terrific. I got Alexa all over my house and in my car, but now in my ear, Its like winning the Lottery!

Good but not great. Still has dropout type distortion from time to time but still a good product. As far as I know there's not a better product that is Bluetooth that I know of.

Can't believe I've waited so long to get one and this one is amazing. I'm working off ladders and with my hands all day and this earpiece makes it so easy to answer calls I need to take while working.

I love their products, works just as described. My only complaint is the size of the ear piece part, they should probably make more size variations besides sm, med and large.

With the noise reduction you can't hear anything in the background, 90ft of range is great, and very easy to use, I think it's the best headset on the market.

I bought this awhile ago and I cant complain too much about it. . . if I do have anything to say in the negative, its that the buds can wear over time and come off. Good thing they give you extra. Its a good pick.

This device is by far the best on the market however, I have purchased 4 units over several yrs. The longevity of the product is concerning versus what is paid for product. Turning the unit on it connects to the phone and quickly disconnects.

Awesome headset. Use it for work and play. Have a few older versions of this same bluetooth.

I brought the plantronics 5220 Bluetooth headset for my wife because she lost the one she had. I was impressed by the staff willingness to help me with price match to get the most for money spent! Very grateful! Thank you!
