Its ok but...

Posted .Hello and thank you for your honest review on our Voyager 5200 headset. However, we are sorry to hear about your experience. If the audio on the headset is low, you can try to increase it directly from the headset and from the mobile to see if there is an improvement. You may also want to reset the Bluetooth connection with your mobile. To do so: 1) Unpair the headset from your mobile phone by accessing your Bluetooth settings. 2) Power off your mobile phone for 2 minutes and turn it back on. 3) Re-pair the headset by pressing and holding down the call control button until you see the LED flashing red and blue. 4) Access to your Bluetooth settings and select "PLT_Legend". Once successfully paired, you will hear "pairing successful" and the LED on your headset will stop flashing red and blue.
You can change the ear bud by pushing it in and rotating it to the left to unlock it. Align new ear tip into slot; push, rotate to the right and lock into place. Many of our customers find the micro-usb connection more handy than the magnetic connection, as other Voyager models since you can use any type of micro-usb cable to charge it. Needs a better battery and choices of voices

When I first got my old Legend the battery would last forever. I could put it in my ear at 5:00 am, use it consistently and still have full battery power several hours later. The new Legend loses battery power without even using the device. I have trouble hearing & understanding women's voices especially if they are high pitched. There should be some options for the voice in your ear such as man/woman high/low pitch.

This model should provide you with up to 7 hours of talk time on a full charge, if you are experiencing considerably lower talk time please ensure your unit's firmware is up to date using our Hub app then try completely draining and recharging your unit's battery to see if this helps the issue. Love These Headsets

After being an avid user of the older model of this headset The Voyager Legend, I finally upgraded to this one, and am happy with all the improvements.

Did not cut down room sound on calls

Did not perform as I had anticipated. Made a few test calls and the person I was calling could hear all sounds in the room I was making the call from. My old Jawbone is still the best. I wish they or someone else would come out with another model that provides true microphone sound cancelling technology.
