I bought this unit to "replace" the older one that I thought was broken... but the same problem exists: DROPPED CONNECTION to my phone!!!! I think that it's either somewhere in the on/off switch (as I jostled it a bit) or in the part that turns the earpiece to orient which ear you use. When this happens, the connection goes in and out as the AI voice states "phone 1 connected/phone 1 disconnected". Also, the battery on BOTH models states when I turn them on "talk time, 7 hours" YEAH... RIGHT! Since I have TWO of these things... there will NOT be a THIRD. Sadly, I've learned my lesson! It cost me MONEY to learn, but learn, I did! The end.

These headsets are designed to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes; however, we do know that one size may not fit all and if you find the product too uncomfortable for normal use we strongly recommend that you consider using a headset with a different wearing style.

Did not perform as I had anticipated. Made a few test calls and the person I was calling could hear all sounds in the room I was making the call from. My old Jawbone is still the best. I wish they or someone else would come out with another model that provides true microphone sound cancelling technology.

Posted .Hello and thank you for your honest review on our Voyager 5200 headset. However, we are sorry to hear about your experience. If the audio on the headset is low, you can try to increase it directly from the headset and from the mobile to see if there is an improvement. You may also want to reset the Bluetooth connection with your mobile. To do so: 1) Unpair the headset from your mobile phone by accessing your Bluetooth settings. 2) Power off your mobile phone for 2 minutes and turn it back on. 3) Re-pair the headset by pressing and holding down the call control button until you see the LED flashing red and blue. 4) Access to your Bluetooth settings and select "PLT_Legend". Once successfully paired, you will hear "pairing successful" and the LED on your headset will stop flashing red and blue.
You can change the ear bud by pushing it in and rotating it to the left to unlock it. Align new ear tip into slot; push, rotate to the right and lock into place. Many of our customers find the micro-usb connection more handy than the magnetic connection, as other Voyager models since you can use any type of micro-usb cable to charge it.
