i had to return another bluetooth that was basically sub par, i did not really want to spend a fortune for one, but im glad i did! this one works awesomely and i am extremely please with it and it's features.

I love the fact that I can connect 2 phones at once. I have a work phone and a personal and with this model, I am able to connect both at the same time.

I personally love this model. I broke my last one and ordered this online. I’ve been experiencing a connection issues with this new one, as it disconnects and reconnects quite randomly and frequently. Has interfered with many calls.

Very good product especially the design. But didn't last more than 2 years. I got it replaced under warranty. Make sure to buy warranty on it. Great product though.

A little too big for my ear. So I'll recommend if you have a small ear like mine don't buy it other wise you could buy it

Crystal clear sound. Surprising comfortable after I changed out the earpiece with another that was provided.

I love that the have the 2 yr replacement as everyday use takes alot out of it. Our only issue is the noise canceling isn't the best and the wind drowns out your voice.

Because of my present occupation I rely on my Bluetooth while driving all over the city. I need something easy to use and compatible with my iPhone. So far, so good!

I had this for 3 years and help up It does advertise about 7 hour talk time in which in reality it announces 6 hours of talk time. At the beginning I did experience the eartips break in which the manufacture did send me replacements for free. The plus is that it announces who is calling and if to answer or ignore. Does well when talking in a semi windy day. Other than that everything is doing well.

When you turn it on after a full charge it announces 6 hours (sometimes 7) talk time. But after less than 1 hour continuous use, it announces that the battery is low.

I've had more than 1 of these, only because the batteries eventually run out, but I keep going back to this model as I know it works!

TOTALLY TURNED OFF! Received the bluetooth & absolutely no way to charge it. They included a cable/cord but no block to plug it in, no way to charge the thing. What's the point of including the cable??? I have used Plantronics Voyager for YEARS (loss count) & have been satisfied up until this point. My only gripe prior is they only last about 1 maybe 2years if your lucky, but I kept on buying because I love the functionality & the crisp clear wind/noise cancelling sound. Well back this bluetooth goes & this is so ridiculous I don't even want to deal with Plantronics devices anymore... how do you not include a way to charge the dang gone thing or at least let your customers know UPFRONT the CHARGER IS NOT INCLUDED. Off to the next brand I go (maybe bigger & better - but I really thought Plantronics WAS the best) Soooo DISSAPPOINTED!!! For this i give ONE STAR!

Works great, I love that I can listen to a podcast while others in the car listen to the radio. Connects very quickly and the controls are easy to use. Had a conversation outside on a windy day with no issues.

Nice product. Works great for working in construction. I work with both my hands so its nice having this feature.

I will have to wait for a few weeks to give this a 5 star rating want to see if it feels comfortable in my ear after a couple of weeks. But I do like it so far.

This is the best quality ear piece that I have used. I have owned several prior to this purchase however I can honestly say that this is the clearest reception that I have experienced. Thanks and have a great day

Works great , and simple to use. Automatically connects when u put it on your ear and disconnects if you remove your ear piece ; awesome feature.

Very happy with purchase. Got tired of buying cheaper units and calls being disconnected or complaining of noisy background

I have been using this ear piece for last 10 years. I upgrade to this model and been very satisfied with it.

Best Buy for hands free driving. Of course it’s great when power walking too!!! Stays on at all times
