    Works great. It has a nice loud volume to it. Only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because every once in a while the sound has a crackling to it.

    It very nice I love it works really well play worth it I have no complaints with it. I am a truck driver I have to have this in my ear and it's a nice piece

    Never got 2yr warranty but just failed on me. Love the headset though. Taking it back to see what I can do.

    Best plantronics blue tooth by far , I had had all of plantronics Bluetooth, the 5220 does it all noise reduction , buy it you won’t Regret

    This little headset came with a good name...Plantronics. There is nothing wrong with it, but I wish I gotten a "better" one. This headset works well, other than my having to constantly check with my phone to insure they are still connected. It seems to lose it's connection frequently. Also, I've only ever been able to answer 2 calls using the headset. The rest of the time it won't make the connection so I can use it!! This one wasn't inexpensive, but it wasn't the best one either.

      Thank you for your honest review on our Voyager 5220, we are sorry to hear you're experiencing trouble with your unit.

      In order to troubleshoot connectivity or audio issues you might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so:
      1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
      2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
      3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. If this does not fix your issue, we suggest pairing the headset to another cell phone as a test.

      If the issue is not present on the second phone, then the problem may be with the first phone, rather than the headset. If the issue exists on the second phone as well, you will need to replace the headset. Please don't hesitate to contact our customer care group at www.plantronics.com/support if you require assistance. Plantronics

    The reason I tried this headset were the reviews & the salesman said a trunk driver misplaced his other one & specifically asked for this brand & model. So far I’m enjoying the freedom of driving hands free.

    Picking up a lot of back ground noise and if you buy two and give one two the wife The sound sounds robotic Rather disappointing. For the price

    It's ok for now, after 4 months it starts acting up, it will not charging or air bounce from the earpiece. Not sure why it's happening now it didn't do this before

    I bought this for my husband and he loves it. Now he can talk to me without saying his hand tired from holding the phone. He is on the road a lot driving so this is perfect.!

    This wasn't the headset I was looking for. What was recommended is no longer manufactured. I think this works better than what was recommended. I am able to work hands free again & has increased my productivity!

    I like it but there is one little thing that I really don’t like about it is the part that goes in your ear up to the main part is it is a little too short

    This is a great bluetooth headset that is very clear & loud. The only thing I don't like is you can't talk to it & have it make calls for you or write & send texts.

    it's an awesome headset is great for loud places it definitely does what it says it does which is drowns out the background noise but the problem is when you are speaking on it if you speak too loud I hear feedback in the head piece and sometimes for a loud person like myself it gets annoying whereas their older version never did that it was perfect all they needed to do was build upon their older version I still think there's some tweaks that need to be fixed with this newer version
