Best blue tooth head set of your constantly on the move. I use it during work as a service tech, don’t have to worry about it falling off my ear. Very comfortable, forget I have it on sometimes. Voice sounds clear on the other end, with no loud machinery noise coming through.

I am enjoying this earpiece tremendously. It stays in place, has great sound and clarity, stays charged for a good period of time and was a good price. No complaints at this time.

The 5200 is expensive but it has the highest quality sound and noise reduction around. I have two, I am on the road all day, using Bluetooth and GPS, even two phones, so I don't worry about running one down because I can switch to the other Bluetooth. Don't get me wrong, they charge back quickly. Excellent product.

Works wonderfully in the wind or when driving with the windows down. It also sounds good when driving with the top down, but the Legend works better for this purpose. You definitely won’t have to pull over to take or make calls with this device, because the mic and earbud clarity are almost perfect. A definite must have for almost every driver.

it has a clear sound and has a good range. It's a little different than other Bluetooth earpiece devices that I have purchased. Due to where the end call button is. But it's a good one to get if you want one with good sound. Also if you want to get one that is comfortable to use. Because some don't fit comfortably in a person's ear.

It is an excellent product. The Plantronics 5220 is very easy to set up and pair with your phone or electronic device. The sound is excellent. You can be working on driving equipment and conduct a normal conversation. The device is well built and is comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Great purchase.

Best sounding headphone to use for calls while driving. I bought 3 of them... the battery doesn't last quite as long as the older version, but still pretty good.

I’ve been using plantronics headsets for years so i already knew this would be a good device but it actually surpassed my expectations. Great sound quality paired with excellent noise canceling make this device truly useful, the design is both comfortable and good looking but a little bit bulky, overall a great device that would recommend to anyone.

so prefer this to the ear bud style. tells me who is calling comfortable and too big too loose!! lol

This ear piece is great for hands free talking. A little bulky on the ear if you wear glasses or sunglasses, but fits securely on the ear. Stays in place while jogging or working out. Have had many comments on how clearly they can hear me even with a windy day or noisy background. Great battery life. Very happy with this purchase.

This is an awesome bluetooth headset. I tried many other headsets, and this is the only one I've found that my Mom can understand me over it. I wasn't sure if it was worth the extra money over the Voyager Legend, but they have made a few improvements. They added a micro-USB charging port so you don't have to use the proprietary dongle. The menu system that talks to you has a different voice that I like better. The volume controls are moved to the top and they made them two separate buttons instead of an up and down slider. I'm much less likely to accidentally switch this one off by mistake when reaching for the volume control. Sound quality is good. I sometimes use it to listen to music or youtube videos when I'm without regular headphones. There's an option to have the mute button only beep instead of saying "Mute On" and "Mute Off". If it hears you try to talk when mute is on, it reminds you with a voice prompt.

I own several Bluetooth headsets for my job, and this is my favorite one. I often forget I am wearing it, and end up leaving my office with it in. I love the controls on this, especially that I can say “answer” to answer phone calls, and I only have to charge it about once a week. I’ve been using this daily for over a year and it works perfectly.

This headset is easy to use, great quality. Fast charging and long battery life. Buttons are easy to manipulate while wearing. Good reception. I've been using it with Android phones. Not sure how well connectivity is with other devices, but works for my phones and Chromebook well.

The sound quality is great. I'm a courier for a hot shot company and I have to be able to hear my phone and with this Bluetooth it rings in my ear plus lets me know who is calling. Its hands free answering also. Light weight comes with different ear buds. Download the app for it on your phone and it'll let you know when updates are available for the firmware. I'm very pleased with it so far.

Using two phones for work (Fire Dept.), this unit allows clear communication without background noise (including sirens) drowning out voice communication. Simple and effective. I work 48 hours at a time and usually only need to charge it up for a few hours overnight. Lasts all day both days.

great mic best headset for sales guys on the go. It is like you are always in the office with no background noise and great clarity. I have it synced to my PC and is now my main headset for RingCentral and my cell at the same time. it never leaves my ear just to charge. very versatile

Takes a bit of getting used to with size on ear, but once it's on, it's comfortable for long periods of time and has a great feature set. Mute button very handy. Callers never ask if I'm on a headset or in a loud room, use often for taking conference calls in coffee shops. Battery life could be a bit better given the size.

Great sound quality, good battery life, use it daily and the only issue for me is that the earpiece is thick & bulky and so it doesn't stay on well. Also, it doesn't always respond to my voice commands such as "answer". Overall it is working well but next time I will go with a thinner body so it will stay on better.

The Plantronics in my opinion are the best headsets. I have owned many starting from the over the head with a boom mic to the Voyager series. They stand up to sweat, rain, lost in the snow and work well in the wind or noise environments. Great battery life with great standby time. Sounds great for listening to music or a movie on your device.
