I bought this headset after buying a terrible off-brand one on Amazon. I love this headset. It's perfect fro working from home. Voice activated and clear. Great buy!

Well... I bought this unit to "replace" the older one that I thought was broken... but the same problem exists: DROPPED CONNECTION to my phone!!!! I think that it's either somewhere in the on/off switch (as I jostled it a bit) or in the part that turns the earpiece to orient which ear you use. When this happens, the connection goes in and out as the AI voice states "phone 1 connected/phone 1 disconnected". Also, the battery on BOTH models states when I turn them on "talk time, 7 hours" YEAH... RIGHT! Since I have TWO of these things... there will NOT be a THIRD. Sadly, I've learned my lesson! It cost me MONEY to learn, but learn, I did! The end.

This works better than any of the other bluetooths that I have used, however, having gone through a few, I have found it to be very fragile.

I use this extensively since i am on the phone all day. This connects to computers so i can talk on one zoom call and listen on another. Great product.

I've been through numerous headsets and this one would be in my top three. Pairs correctly and doesn't disconnect, comfortable, and has great clarity.

This is the 3rd one I have bought. The first 2 I bought previous years were great. This 3rd one I bought is put quality. After 2 weeks of use, everyone I speak to on the device says it sounds like I'm mumbling and my voice doesn't come through as clear. I end up taking it of and using my speaker on my phone instead. I recommend not eating your money this product.

Good bluetooth but seems it last a year or less, need to buy the extended warranty. That's the reason I give 4 stars.

It's a pretty good headset. Sometimes it has had a hard time connecting, but nothing to worry about. Overall, it's pretty good.
