It worked for 2 weeks and then everyone start complaining about too much noise during call. I was not expecting that , this is my 3rd headset i changed and finally i ordered a wired noise cancelling headphones. Best buy its not good. I dont know why but seems like they are revolving deffective refurbished pieces to others .

I'm a truck driver and have 6 different antennas on it and that causes interference with bluetooth signal but this one is clear as can be.

It's basically the same as the others I had. Stays on my ear, etc. But now they don't give you a USB A/C outlet charger. (Keep you old one, if you can)

The only difficulty is with the tab to cover the charging port. Fragile and risk of breaking.

I use this extensively since i am on the phone all day. This connects to computers so i can talk on one zoom call and listen on another. Great product.

This is a poor replacement for a previous model. Even when the battery is fully charged the headset drops the call. I have to switch to the phone speaker to retrieve the call. This has happened repeatedly and it's only three months old. The Plantronics website is terrible and when you go to "contact us" under support, the link sends you to the top of the same page. Do not recommend!

Have to reset Bluetooth connection several times in a day. The connection cuts out in the middle of zoom call.

Works pretty well, but I had to do a reset on it which is not in the instructions. Everyone once in a while the phone will not connect to it and i have a IPhone 6.

The piece fits great, but call quality is not as good as I had hoped. I can hear well, those I speak to don't hear me as well.

I believe every single mom needs to invest in one of these bad boys, maybe we didn't get lucky and have 5 hands but we could multi-task and thank god for that mute button ;) :) For Single mom's every where

It works good overall. But watch out for Dust it clogs the microphone.

I bought this headset after buying a terrible off-brand one on Amazon. I love this headset. It's perfect fro working from home. Voice activated and clear. Great buy!

So far I have been very happy with the product's performance. People tell me the clarity is much better than cheaper versions I have tried.
