The first one died in a little under a year, and Best Buy replaced it (very easy, by the way). The second one was acting up after about 10 months, but I lost it before I could replace it. The features are great. The wind reduction is pretty amazing, actually. It functions well while it functions. Well enough that I bought it knowing it might be a short term relationship. Got the 2 year Geek Squad coverage so I'm covered.

Best headset for a cell phone I've had.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ok I have had roughly 5 to 6 of these devices because I love how they announce people when they call, very little distortion when on calls which make others hearing you the best. I dislike the magnetic charging area because if it comes in contact with metal it pretty much causes issues with your device working properly from that point. So long & short it works well for about 4 months & I would suggest you get the warranty for a replacement.

Please note the magnet is only for the charging case, otherwise you need to charge it with a micro-USB charging cable. The Voyager Legend which is the previous model only has a magnetic connection in order to charge with or without a charging case. We thank you for your feedback.
