First of all the volume on the earpiece was not what I expected. Secondly the fit was way to large for my ear. I was very dissapointed and I will have to return the earpiece to gwt one to replace it

Posted .Thank you for your honest review on our Voyager 5220; However, we're deeply sorry to hear about your experience and that you didn't find the earpiece loud enough. If you've already adjusted the volume on both the earpiece and your cell phone, please note that an Android phone must be set to medium/high or audio will sound too low. All Poly headsets meet and exceed OSHA standard regulations/requirements. None of our headsets exceed 118dBA. As for the fit, please make sure you try your earpiece with the other sizes of ear tips included with the unit to find a more secure and comfortable fit. These headsets are designed to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes; however, we do know that one size may not fit all and if you find the product too uncomfortable for normal use we strongly recommend that you consider using a headset with a different wearing style. It didn't work with the Plantronics charge case. I bought it for my wife, she likes it but the volume for her voice cuts up and down which is causing her to have to repeat stuff.

They improved this with the plug in for charging.
