Can't really say it satisfies my expectation though. I have had issues with it pairing to multiple devices. The head set used to be able to tell me what amount of talk time I had remaining every time I changed volume or pressed the command button but now it just says battery power high or low. It will provide talk time once the power gets low only.

It does not provide me all of the characteristics , for example, It does not tell me the number of hour left on the charged battery or how far I am from my mobile phone. I have gone into the local Best Buy store, but NO HELP from the Attendant. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Please test it with the additional eartips included with the headset and hopefully it will provide you a more comfortable and secure fit. You may also try with the foam covers as well.
