Sound quality should be 50 percent louder and loop around the ear should be a lot more sturdy. It’s to loose

The range is excellent. I really like the noise suppression. I worried about the wrap around but it is soft and actually better than the in the ear earlier version.

This was bought for my husband after multiple tries with the wrap around models not working. The pull out cords were always too short and would quickly get shorts. Works great.

Love this new one I had the older model with I loved as well but I accidentally washed it and didn't purchase the warranty so I didn't get a replacement but I knew better this time.

Not as good as its predecessor, I loved the previous model and I thought this new one was going to be better but unfortunately is not.

They keep making them better. Waterproof is good. Have had some drop with bluetooth to phone don't know if its phone or earpiece.

This is a nice hands free piece. Easy to use and works with voice commands. The only draw back is I can’t seem to use Alexa and Siri.
