Can't really find any complaints with this. I was a little leery about effectiveness of the wind blocking technology and let me tell you "It Works!". Highly recommend

My bluetooth for my phone has become so important and there is no doubt this is the best one I have ever used. It is so much more sensitive and intuitive than past models! Jerry

Love this headset it was amazing only reason i dont re purchased is because its not covered by geek squad protection.

I love it but it keeps breaking at the bend over ti.e and Bestbuy doesn't keep them in stock.

I use this almost everyday. It’s very easy to setup and use. When speaking with others they tell me it’s clear with minimal feedback/distortion.

Works very well. It is easy to use although I keep expecting it to work like the Legend and can’t get used to using the new functionality quite yet. Minor problem on my part.

I have been using Plantronics headsets/ear pieces for approx 10 years and perhaps longer. I generally get approx 18 months out of them. I use them daily and heavily with work. The last two (both within 8 months) has been a disappointment. I thought the first one that stopped working was possibly a bad egg - and purchased another one. I did NOT call support or return - simply don't have time. The 2nd one continues to loose its connection to phone, I thought perhaps it was the Galaxy S20+, but connected it to iPhone same issue and MS Duo same issue. When it does not loose its connection I have constant complaints from callers taht they cannot understand me - same complaint that I had on the previous. For me I really like the design of this devices but am trying to find an alternative. firmware upgrades did not resolve the issue.

I love the way the Voyager announces who is calling and gives the option to answer or ignore. The only downside for me is the way (all) of the war pieces sit in my ear.

Would of given 5 stars but the piece behind my ear feels a little bulky. I was told by a friend, I would get used to it.

I can’t seem to keep earbuds in my ears, because they keep falling out I found these with the over the ear hook works wonderfully for me.

This is a great Bluetooth that has great features. It allows you to either answer or ignore phone calls by says either word.

Normally this brand is a brand I trust and love but this ear piece has not lived up to the brand at all. Quality of sound was horrible and no one could understand me on the other end. A lot of distortion and fuzzy words.

This is my second Voyager 5220, having lost the first one. It's a great product. I love that 2 devices can be connected to it at the same time. Great for work and in the car.

We bought this headset for my wife at the same time as she started using her new Galaxy S5 smartphone because her old headset was damaged. She loves that it talks to her!
