This is the third Voyager I've owned and they have out done themselves. I was talking to someone outside when a medivac helicopter flew overhead to a nearby hospital. The caller couldn't hear the helicopter all that happened is that my voice started to drop out. I use this for Zoom meetings. It cuts out all the sound around me - vacuums, lawn mowers and even leaf blowers. Yet, my voice comes through. It has a great range too. The only thing I miss is the last one I owned had a charging cable that was magnetic. This one has to be plugged directly in. Perhaps that is why my old one didn't hold a charge after a couple of years. Oh, one more thing, I have this set to the best sound quality; despite the reviews I had read about it taking up battery life. Yes, it only runs for about five hours before needing to be charged, but, it is well worth it. And, it charges rapidly so that after a short lunch break, it is charged and ready to go. Plus, the app works well with my Samsung phone so I can easily see how much charge it has left.

Bought to replace my 5 year old Voyager Pro that was no longer holding a charge beyond a couple hours. This new version is amazing - great sound, excellent battery, wonderful feel, and they even upgraded usability with better buttons. It's a professional's ear piece, thus for what I use it for its worth every penny. PS - buy the charging case, its worth it, also.

My dog ate my last Plantronics Bluetooth. This replacement is excellent! It's an upgraded version of my old device. Sound is clear, easy to wear and charge. Especially charge, not just lose magnet charger port but actual plugin. No wyabout not having good connection to charge device. Don't tell my dog but glad I had to replace Bluetooth. I love this thing!

I had an earlier version of this product that performed flawlessly for 5 years. I broke it by being clumsy and replaced my old one with this newer version. It's more comfortable than my old one and seems even better for sound quality. People I'm speaking to have no clue I'm using a bluetooth headset. Very pleased with this new product and would highly recommend it.

I like the fact that this is not so big and keeps my handa tree while working and driving. You can answer and ignore phone calls with voice commands, making it even more hands free. Overall its simple to use and fits in either ear by rotating the mic. I am very happy with the headset since it is light and comfortable.

The sound quality is very good and it seems to be well constructed. But I deducted a star because the range is very short and the battery drains fairly quickly. I lose connection between 25 and 30 ft from my laptop and I have to charge the headset every other day. The real test will be how long this headset lasts. It’s a good headset but I prob would not buy this headset again.

Excellent noise canceling. Decent battery life. Comfortable to wear.

I have been using this headset almost non-stop for the past 5 months. The sound quality is excellent - callers tell me it sounds like I'm using a landline. I have noticed a few times that you need to be careful where the microphone is placed or you can sound distant. I have also been impressed by the complete lack of background noise bleeding through on the call. My main complaint, and why I can't give this 5 stars, is that the buttons on the device are impossible to use for someone with bigger hands. I have hung up on people several times trying to re-adjust the headset. I also cannot easily move the volume while on a call without dislodging the earpiece. I'm not sure it would be possible to fix these issues in such a compact device, but still worth pointing out.

Product was designed with many upper tech features. The noise canceling is superb, the sound quality second to none, the voice recognition with Alexa and Siri performance perfection!! The price point is on target! But unfortunately this model offers everything anyone could every imagine, but is to bulky on your ear and the mic is unable to hug your chin or jaw line. So when protruding out so far is completely unacceptable! I had to return this Bluetooth with much disappointment.

I have had more headsets than I can think of over many years. However, this particular Plantronics Voyager is truly in a class of its own!!! You will never need another headset! The comfort and the overall quality of this model is truly fantastic! I strongly encourage you to try it out. I truly think your search will be over for the best headset on the market!

Perfect for someone who uses the phone most of the day. Comfortable, clear and really noise resistant! The only con- At times, it disconnects from phone and reconnect.

This replaced my old Legend that was still working but only lasted a couple of hours. This one feels solid and sounds a lot better than the previous. Brand new so battery lasts the day for me if I’m on the phone for 4+ hours. Easy setup just like the last one. Turn it on and it wants to sync if it hasn’t established a connection yet.

Best earbud ever! Love how it fits my ear inside and out. I had been looking for this particular one and found it at Best Buy. It is user friendly, with hands free features as well. Small qns compact and easy to charge. Usually one charge gets you 6 hours of using time.

Works well with my Google Pixel 3 XL. Only concern for me is that the volume is not as high as I would like. I have had $50 Motorola earpieces that were louder. It is comfortable to wear. I wear glasses, work in a DC and wear it all shift (10hrs).

It is loud enough to hear well and the sound is clear. But the most important thing is how others can hear you. I had 30 or 40 different ones. The best so far I found was and still is the BlueParrott 350. But this one is very close to it and very stylish. I am fully satisfied with it and recommend it. Battery life is decent. Probably 3 hours talk time.

I was looking for a bluetooth device that i could use under any circumstance such as windy conditions, noisy locations, and work. The noise canceling is amazing and the clarity is as well. Its comfortable to wear also. I would highly recommend this headset. Its the best in my opinion.

Good fitting ear piece and clear Has a good battery life

Works very wel, however, the ear wrap around does not fit tight. The ear piece itself has the tendency to fall out due to the ear piece not being able fit tight. However, the features are awesome and the price at the time of purchase was phenomenal

No need to look further. If you are a Professional who is always on the phone, this is the best sound quality, best noise reduction, best battery life...etc. I've had 3 of them over the past 13 years. Recommended.

I have owned five of these and when this one goes out I will buy number six. They do an excellent job of blocking heavy background noise. They hold a charge for six hours or more and recharge lightening fast. If they were waterproof they would be perfect. Hence five units.
