i swear by this product. great battery life, durable, great sound quality, great noise cancelation. i am on the phone a lot and make almost all my calls while driving between appointments. i can have the sunroof open, the windows open and my customers can still hear me clearly.

I wasn't planning on spending this much on a headset, but when I realized I still had a site card from an earlier return, I went all in. I love this thing. Great noise cancellation, nice hand free features, and it lasts me all day. I love the fact that if I have this on my desk or in the charging cradle and my phone rings, all I have to do is put it on my ear and it answers the call for me.

Works well for incoming calls and tells you when you have a message. Battery last up to 6 hours it says, but I think it last longer. This is my 3rd earpiece in several years like this. Would recommend.

I’ve been using plantronics headsets for 10 years . The sound quality and battery are great. I use these all day long, so I wear them out. That being said, I go buy another one when they die. This newest version is nice because they went back to the plug in charger. The magnetic charger was a pain. Only real complaint would be that they are pricey, but worth it.

Sound quality is great. Ease of use and pairing are a snap. Only drawback is the clunky big piece that fits behind the ear. Sometimes it makes it fit a little loose. The next model down fits better, is cheaper and works just as well.

Truck drivers who dont like those bulky headphones bluetooth this is the way to go awsome noise cancelation and very confortable and stylish look!

Great noise canceling Bluetooth devise. Has a long battery life. Very comfortable on tge ear.

Low price and good quality Beyond my expectation will order again

The first one I had worked every day all day. I did not get the insurance. After about a year maybe less it wasn't performing as well with voice recognition. I still have it and use it as a back up. I tried 3 or 4 others, they were ok but this one had them beat. In sound, functionality, and comfort. Love it but got the insurance this time just in case. It's a good buy.

High quality sound with excellent noise and wind rejection. Top quality hands free features and long battery life. Most modern Bluetooth tech allows greater range and stronger connection. My only concern is that I rarely get more than a year of use before failure with Plantronics headsets.

Good sound however they are quite expensive. Bulky and not easy to wear with sunglasses but does a great job filtering out background noise.

The sound is very clear and I can actually hear my GPS better. Works on either ear and has a 7 hour battery charge, and the battery recharges very fast. I love the option of answering or ignoring a call. As it will only call back the last number you called I always make sure to plug my bestie's # in before starting any long trip.

I have had another Voyager in the past and I loved it. I read reviews on the Voyager 5220 before deciding to buy another one. I have a this Voyager in my ear 8-10 hrs a day answering telephone calls. It blocks out the noise, everyone can hear me clearly and I forget I have it in my ear. Highly recommend this to anyone whom is looking for a headset to wear all day.

Excellent earpiece. A little pricey but worth every penny. Not only can I hear the call clearly my customers also commented on how they no longer the background noise from the construction site. That’s a win win. Very easy to charge and it last over five hours of talking.

No need to look further. If you are a Professional who is always on the phone, this is the best sound quality, best noise reduction, best battery life...etc. I've had 3 of them over the past 13 years. Recommended.

Over the years, I've owned many different Bluetooth earpieces for use with my cell phone. My previous 3 or 4 have been BlueAnt units, because they were the best in the biz, IMHO. I bought them because their volume could go louder than most, and they were compatible with ComplyFoam foam ear inserts. Unfortunately, BlueAnt decided to get out of the earpiece biz, so there were no more firmware updates to keep up with new phones. Also, ComplyFoam changed their insert design and the new design would fall out of my ear. Therefore, I decided it was time for a new earpiece. I did my usual research and this model got excellent reviews. It's a little pricy compares to others, but I gave it a try anyway. I am very pleased I did. Calls are super clear on both ends and the wind noise cancelling works great. Volume is also very good (not quite as loud as the BlueAnt). It took me a little while to get used to different button locations voice commands, but it's been a great purchase decision so far! I highly recommend it!

Bluetooth is great but Alexa is horrible.. everything else works great no back ground noice, clear when talking to others. Range from cell phone is amazing!! I would of gave it a 5 star but the Alexa didn't work well...

I have gone through about 4 bluetooths in the last two years as I am a hard user. I bought this one about 1 month ago and am amazed at how well it works. While it appears cumbersome, it certainly is not to wear. I often forget I have it on. Quality is excellent and sound is awesome. For the price this is definitely worth the investment.

Cancels out noise well! People can hear me speak clearly with little to no noise in the background. I had to turn my radio all the way up before my wife could hear it in the background. The battery lasts a long time and I use this earpiece for my driving job so I’m on it quite a bit. Well worth the money!
