I never figured out how to wear it on my ear properly. It did say good for up to 7 hrs only and working for 8+ hrs i always forget to charge it on my lunch break so it kept dying before my shift ends.

Bluetooth earpiece

Not worth the price for these issues. Plantronics missed the ball on this one.

These headsets are designed to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes with the different size eartips; however, we do know that one size may not fit all. Please note this model features smart sensors, which detect the pressure from your ear, therefore having the earpiece a bit loose on your ear may trigger them and consequently send the call/sound back to your phone. To isolate the cause of the issue, please install Hub: https://bit.ly/30jDXJM, plug the earpiece (powered-off) via USB charging cable. Then go to settings>sensors and disable the master sensor. Clunky and bad quality

Husband is a truck driver and it is large and clunky for him. Just did not sound good, returned right away. Had Blue Ant for soooo long and now they don't make then anymore, that was the absolute best.
