Not worth the price for these issues. Plantronics missed the ball on this one.

These headsets are designed to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes with the different size eartips; however, we do know that one size may not fit all. Please note this model features smart sensors, which detect the pressure from your ear, therefore having the earpiece a bit loose on your ear may trigger them and consequently send the call/sound back to your phone. To isolate the cause of the issue, please install Hub: https://bit.ly/30jDXJM, plug the earpiece (powered-off) via USB charging cable. Then go to settings>sensors and disable the master sensor.
