    I purchased this ear piece in a hurry I was happy with how it works but it never charges up to the whole 7 hours!! Not sure if it has anything to do with my phone I have a IPhone 7 Plus, and it also seems to run down faster then the 6 hours it charges up to. It is very comfortable and I like how it allows you to answer the call or ignore it by say the words.

      This model should provide you with up to 7 hours of talk time on a full charge, if you're getting considerably lower battery life you might want to ensure your headset's firmware is up to date through our Plantronics Hub app and then try fully draining and recharging your headset to see if this helps the issue.
