Perfect for someone who uses the phone most of the day. Comfortable, clear and really noise resistant! The only con- At times, it disconnects from phone and reconnect.

I use my cell phone for everything. I am on it for work, hours on end. And I finally got tired of holding it to my ear or making sure that my car was synced to it. So I looked up headsets. This is the best, most clear. long lasting charge, walk around and pace without holding your phone little slice of heaven that is truly liberating. Wish I would have found this years ago.

The positives - Charges quickly, sound quality is great, comfortable to wear, and noise cancelling works well, people on the other line have never complained about sound quality. The negatives - battery doesn't last nearly as long as advertised. No push button Siri / or hang up on earpiece.

Battery life is great. Not only do these earbuds have solid sound quality but for the first time in a long time the person that I'm talking to on the cell phone can hear my voice crisply and clearly. Thanks for a great product! Highly recommend.

This is the third Voyager I've owned and they have out done themselves. I was talking to someone outside when a medivac helicopter flew overhead to a nearby hospital. The caller couldn't hear the helicopter all that happened is that my voice started to drop out. I use this for Zoom meetings. It cuts out all the sound around me - vacuums, lawn mowers and even leaf blowers. Yet, my voice comes through. It has a great range too. The only thing I miss is the last one I owned had a charging cable that was magnetic. This one has to be plugged directly in. Perhaps that is why my old one didn't hold a charge after a couple of years. Oh, one more thing, I have this set to the best sound quality; despite the reviews I had read about it taking up battery life. Yes, it only runs for about five hours before needing to be charged, but, it is well worth it. And, it charges rapidly so that after a short lunch break, it is charged and ready to go. Plus, the app works well with my Samsung phone so I can easily see how much charge it has left.

This headset is a great addition to the plantronics family. I like everything about their headsets. I have yet to give them 5 starts yet, as the only issue is the size. Surely we can tweak it down a little. Otherwise, excellent headset and works well in noisy environments...airports, cars, stores, etc.

Outstanding noise & wind rejection, long battery life, great verbal prompts for status & battery life. This is my 4th Plantronics, my wife's second! I use them daily & recommend you do to. Comfortable to wear for hours & hours.

Great sound in calls. I can hear people and people can hear me. I believe the plastic earbuds are great compared to previous models. I also believe the new charger mechanism through the micro USB is great, although I have a hard time getting the little rubber cover open, which is my only complaint about the device.Great battery life too.

Long life, clear talking. Only issue that I have very bulky on my ear

I like the fact that this is not so big and keeps my handa tree while working and driving. You can answer and ignore phone calls with voice commands, making it even more hands free. Overall its simple to use and fits in either ear by rotating the mic. I am very happy with the headset since it is light and comfortable.

Clarity is excellent, easy to use, and comfortable to wear. Easy to pair, good talk time, charges quickly, good battery life. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommended this product.

Product was designed with many upper tech features. The noise canceling is superb, the sound quality second to none, the voice recognition with Alexa and Siri performance perfection!! The price point is on target! But unfortunately this model offers everything anyone could every imagine, but is to bulky on your ear and the mic is unable to hug your chin or jaw line. So when protruding out so far is completely unacceptable! I had to return this Bluetooth with much disappointment.

My dog ate my last Plantronics Bluetooth. This replacement is excellent! It's an upgraded version of my old device. Sound is clear, easy to wear and charge. Especially charge, not just lose magnet charger port but actual plugin. No wyabout not having good connection to charge device. Don't tell my dog but glad I had to replace Bluetooth. I love this thing!

Bought to replace my 5 year old Voyager Pro that was no longer holding a charge beyond a couple hours. This new version is amazing - great sound, excellent battery, wonderful feel, and they even upgraded usability with better buttons. It's a professional's ear piece, thus for what I use it for its worth every penny. PS - buy the charging case, its worth it, also.

The predecessor to this 5200 was always the best. This new "Legend" is no different. I believe it has four microphones in the boom compared to the previous Voyager Legend's 3 mics. The mics work together to make the noise cancellation second to none. That is why you see the Voyager Legend EVERYWHERE(even people on TV have them on). I am a UPS delivery driver. We drive around with our doors open in noisy trucks. All other earpieces I have had cannot filter out the extreme noise and the person on the other end gets an ear full. Although there are some times that the noise gets through, I have the least complaints with this 5200 as was also the case with my Plantronics Voyager Legend. It will not go all the way to full charge sometimes and sometimes when you press the button, it will not announce all the info that it should(battery status, "phone 1 connected", Etc.). I can live with these little quirks. At this point, there is no other Bluetooth headset that I would give a better rating to.
