    Functions well some days. Charge stops at 90%. Great features with some issues. I think Plantronics has been in bluetooth business for too long to make a device with such issues. Nonetheless, there's no bluetooth headset out there better than this ... imo

Charging issues with Bluetooth headsets can be a problem caused by the power source, cable or the product itself (it can be the charging connector or the battery on some cases). If your headset is charging only up to 90%, you may want to try using a different charging cable and power source to completely isolate the issue. You may also want to verify your headset doesn't have any kind of updates available through Plantronics Hub.     This is the best headset you can buy. Best Buy sales person pointed me out this headset, and I'm glad he did. No regrets, I love it.

    Good noise reduction. Like the over the ear fit. I have had the other kind that fit inside the ear and have had trouble with them falling out.

    The Voyager is great but it does not work for 7 hours I had to buy other and it works better .

    Have owned 3 Plantronics legends in the past. Bought the 5200 thinking they made a great product better. Not the case. Legend is at least equal. One major complaint with the 5200 is the Bluetooth connectivity. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. When it doesn't you have to manually sync with phone/PC. Get the legend.

      Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on our Voyager 5220; however, we're sorry to hear you've had trouble with your unit. There are a couple of things you can try in order to fix connectivity issues: Please ensure the unit's firmware is up to date through our Plantronics Hub Software for Desktop: https://goo.gl/5ceQ1v. Connect your headset powered off via USB and go to the notifications section. You may also want to try disabling the Master sensor on Hub Settings>Sensors to isolate the cause of the issue. The sensors detect the pressure from your ear when your wearing it, however these can get triggered by several environmental conditions such as wearing glasses or having the earpiece a bit loose from your ear and that might send the call back to your phone. If you would like to reset the sensors: Charge your headset and place it on a flat non-metallic surface for more than 10 seconds.If you get the same results then there might be an actual problem with your unit and it is best to replace it.     I have tried other sets but always go back to Plantronic. I have not had any issues with the Voyager 5200 and would recommend it.

    This is the best Bluetooth I've ever used. Connects to 2 phones and tells you who's calling from your contacts. Asks to answer or ignore.

    I'm neither here nor there with this device. The sound quality could be better. I'm a Bose man but I broke it. I guess I can't be upset because I know nobody has the same sound quality. This could be better. It had my ear soar for the first day but I've gotten used to it. It works and thats about it. I don't want to wear the dual ear phones so I can't complain.
