Seems like a big oversight. Had to borrow another one from someone just to see how it sounded - not great, not horrible. Overall, seems pretty overpriced for what it is and the quality you get. Not sure we'll be keeping this one. At least work is reimbursing me if I did. I may stick to using my own Samsung earbuds, to be honest, as it's a MUCH better quality.

In case you find the product too uncomfortable or insecure to wear under normal use even after trying all of the included eartip sizes we strongly recommend that you try a headset with a different wearing style.
