I lay brick for a living and don't miss a beat when a call comes in. it will tell you who is calling if it is a stored contact. and give you the option to answer or ignore the call without have to stop working. love it.

Purchased on Jan 18 and by Feb 20 it became defective. It has a small rubber cover that covers up the charging connection. First time I used it I thought "This won't last anytime." And it didn't. The very flimsy, barely attached, rubber cover for the charging connection broke off. It doesn't effect the operation but at anytime any type of small debris or dirt could become lodged in the connection and cause problems when you go to charge up the headset. Not a good design. Taking it back tomorrow for a refund. BB is great about returns. I will try something else. The product works great. Clear communication, with crystal clear talking and hearing. They've got to fix that rubber attachement.

Hopefully it is just my headset but i immediately had trouble getting the mic to work once paired to my pc. It began working the next day and now have intermittent issues with the pairing with my machine.
