I have owned five of these and when this one goes out I will buy number six. They do an excellent job of blocking heavy background noise. They hold a charge for six hours or more and recharge lightening fast. If they were waterproof they would be perfect. Hence five units.

I had an earlier version of this product that performed flawlessly for 5 years. I broke it by being clumsy and replaced my old one with this newer version. It's more comfortable than my old one and seems even better for sound quality. People I'm speaking to have no clue I'm using a bluetooth headset. Very pleased with this new product and would highly recommend it.

I have been using this headset almost non-stop for the past 5 months. The sound quality is excellent - callers tell me it sounds like I'm using a landline. I have noticed a few times that you need to be careful where the microphone is placed or you can sound distant. I have also been impressed by the complete lack of background noise bleeding through on the call. My main complaint, and why I can't give this 5 stars, is that the buttons on the device are impossible to use for someone with bigger hands. I have hung up on people several times trying to re-adjust the headset. I also cannot easily move the volume while on a call without dislodging the earpiece. I'm not sure it would be possible to fix these issues in such a compact device, but still worth pointing out.

was using earbuds but picked up background noise so I could not use for work. bought 5220 and with mike got better phone connections. earbuds moved to music only

Excellent noise canceling. Decent battery life. Comfortable to wear.

I bought this for my son to use while working remotely. He is very happy with the quality of the audio and product. He will be using this for personal use, also. I am sure that he will get many hours of enjoyment from this headset (great for zoom conferences).

I get compliments on voice quality. Easy to fit it properly. Bluetooth paired quickly with both my iPhone and Windows 10 PC. Good battery life. Two complaints. Jabra PC software won't work with the headset on Bluetooth connection. Mute button doesn't work with WebEx on my PC.

The best bluetooth set i have bought so far. You set it on your devices it connects to the device you tap to use. You don't have to turn off other devices to connect to one in use. Very good sound and full charge lasts about 6 hours.

Great sound quality, on both receiving and transmitting, My last one lasted for over 3 years and only had to be replaced because my dog mistaken it as a chew toy. Even that one still works well but pretty chewed up. Full charge is over 6 hours and it recharges quickly.

I have had more headsets than I can think of over many years. However, this particular Plantronics Voyager is truly in a class of its own!!! You will never need another headset! The comfort and the overall quality of this model is truly fantastic! I strongly encourage you to try it out. I truly think your search will be over for the best headset on the market!

This replaced my old Legend that was still working but only lasted a couple of hours. This one feels solid and sounds a lot better than the previous. Brand new so battery lasts the day for me if I’m on the phone for 4+ hours. Easy setup just like the last one. Turn it on and it wants to sync if it hasn’t established a connection yet.

This is the best Bluetooth available. Clarity and noise cancellation unmatched. Would have given it 5 stars but it's way too expensive.

Good fitting ear piece and clear Has a good battery life

It is loud enough to hear well and the sound is clear. But the most important thing is how others can hear you. I had 30 or 40 different ones. The best so far I found was and still is the BlueParrott 350. But this one is very close to it and very stylish. I am fully satisfied with it and recommend it. Battery life is decent. Probably 3 hours talk time.

I have been using Plantronics headsets for many years due to their noise cancellation features and clarity. Performed as expected, in fact, better than the older model. Battery life is very good, and the case could also charge the unit - awesome!

I was looking for a bluetooth device that i could use under any circumstance such as windy conditions, noisy locations, and work. The noise canceling is amazing and the clarity is as well. Its comfortable to wear also. I would highly recommend this headset. Its the best in my opinion.

Works well with my Google Pixel 3 XL. Only concern for me is that the volume is not as high as I would like. I have had $50 Motorola earpieces that were louder. It is comfortable to wear. I wear glasses, work in a DC and wear it all shift (10hrs).

I replaced my 3 year old Plantronics - Voyager Headset, after losing it, with this updated version and couldn't be more pleased. The sound is clear, the battery time has improved, and it paired easily with my phone and car. My only (minor) complaint is that the cover over the charging port is a bit tricky to open. NBD.

I love this Bluetooth headset. The sound is so clear when on a conference call, and according to people they hear me perfectly. With the 4 microphones it really helps exterior noises, I use it all the time, and I have been on real long conference calls and it's a champ until the end. I also bought the charging case, which is a must as welll.
