Noise cancellation is questionable and often leads to making voices sound like they are in a tin can while also sounding choppy not unlike a bad cell connection. Bluetooth also randomly disconnects. When the battery is low it will sometimes shut off abruptly. When using for video calls the audio is delayed by roughly a second regardless of device. Overall just not reliable enough to justify particularly if you depend on reliability for business.

It is important to point out that we do not recommend using the standard earpiece with a PC. Bluetooth technology works through different profiles and these are the one's the computer's internal Bluetooth should have to at least allow a connection: Audio/Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP), Wideband Hands-free (HFP) Profile 1.6 and Headset (HSP) Profile 1.2 and Bluetooth Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP). Nowadays many computers have Bluetooth built-in but not all of them support Bluetooth headsets. Many times, these drivers are not installed by default – even on new computer installations. To isolate the cause of the issue, please test the earpiece with your cell phone and verify if you still get the same issue. We strongly recommend you to checkout our Voyager 5200 UC version since it is designed to ensure PC connectivity and top audio quality. If the earpiece still disconnects while it is only paired to your cell phone, then please try disabling the sensors through our Plantronics Hub Software for Desktop: https://goo.gl/5ceQ1v. Once the installation is complete on your PC, connect the earpiece via USB cable and go to settings>sensors on Hub. This model comes with a one-year limited warranty. Thank you for your comments.
