The only con I have with the whole thing is a bit of decline in fit/comfort, as the earpiece/mic boom seems stiffer than the older model. Otherwise, everything is great. Volume buttons are an improvement, switch to microUSB for charging is also an improvement. Sounds great.

Bluetooth works great, excellent sound in wind. Wish it had a a way to attach to my ear better. Would have lost Bluetooth twice if it wasn’t for the locator on Bluetooth app. Only 4 stars do it falling off my ear when working construction.

I am always trying out new headsets for new features, etc. Plantronics is still one of the best overall headsets out there IMHO. I can hear people they can hear me. It's comfortable and even though it's noise cancelling isnt as good as my Boom E turbo it is still quite good and the size is more appealing.

I've always used Plantronics products, starting with the Plantronics Voyager 815. Something about the designs they have used always made me choose them. In this latest story with this model, it has become bittersweet. The connection is always solid, and folks on the other side never have trouble hearing me. My gripes so far regarding this model are A) the ear tips piece only comes in one design in the box, and for me, it becomes a little uncomfortable after wearing the device after about an hour, which leads to B) I feel that because of the design of the ear tip, it makes the sound coming from the speaker feel really tiny. Some days it feels like I have to cup my hand over the headset to be able to hear what someone is saying. But all in all, it could just be my ears and have to invest in some after market ear tips. Still don't regret this purchase

The headset is very comfortable to wear. I am in a truck and can still hear the conversation even with the window down. The less expensive look alikes only have a couple hours of talk time but I get about 6 to 7 hours on this one. They have added an actual plug on this model instead of the magnetic charger only.

I use this headset for work and it is tremendous. The battery life is good the sound quality is good the call quality is good. It's really the best I've ever used. It's also the least uncomfortable of similar devices in its field.

I been using this name brand for a least 7 years and I love it, noise reducer works perfect and the battery actually last long (7hours)

I love this headset. It’s very easy to setup and use, and the noise cancelling is great for use in a busy office. I have noticed the connectivity with the headset is much better through Bluetooth than using the usb dongle. Otherwise I’ve used it with both Zoom and MS Teams without issues in a work setting.

Callers can hear me clearly. Callers cannot hear background noises unless they are loud. Pairs well with my iPhone 14 and Microsoft Surface 3. Comfortable to wear.

Very clear sounding on the receiver’s ear eliminating background noise. Extremely clear sound and comfortable in my ear.

I have had several of these over the years. Always comfortable, easy to use. I can take or refuse calls and put it on mute. Battery lasts about 6 hours of use. Voice answering is great if I am driving or cooking. Unit is small and no one can see it with my hair down. I would recommend.

love it i drive a loud diesel truck and people on the other side think Im sitting in a room. it shut down all noises.a little bulky but you get used to it as I came from a bose. A great buy the best out there. already recommended to 3 coworker and the love it

The one drawback is its size. I mean, it's like having a transformer plastered on the side of your face. That said, it's a comfortable fit. There shoudl be a way to adjust base as it can sometimes sound too deep. There's some background static too.

Great sound quality and connectivity. I like how it has the extra features such as detecting when I pick the headset on. I can connect it to multiple device. The only issue I have with it is that it could fit better. Sometimes it feels like it is a bit too small.

I have this headset connected to my windows 10 Dell laptop. Use it mainly while in video calls in MS Teams and Skype. the sound is great, battery life is not bad at all. Unfortunately I thought it was going to bring the travel case, but that's my mistake. Love it.

I find this headset just so so, for one the max volume on it is not that loud. I have a hard time hearing the other person on the other end when there is noise in the background. Though the party on the other end never complain that they can't hear me. When there's not that much noise in the background I could hear them good, just wished the volume could be a little louder. Second the information on the box says it has 7 hours of talk time but it's actually like 6 maybe even 5 if your talking on the phone. I suggest you get the charging case if your always on the phone. Comfort while wearing it is pretty good, I don't even feel it sometimes. Although I feel a bit discomfort when I'm wearing sunglasses. Overall just so so.

I own a Jeep Wrangler, driving down the freeway I'm able to talk and be heard clearly with this headset. It's also quite comfortable that I forget I even have it on. Voice activation works well, connecting to your phones google a d Alexa was also easy.

This is the third time I have bought this headset. It works well for us. (My wife also has one.) The range is not quite as good as listed. It stays on the ear very well. Be careful not to take a shower with it! You will forget you have it on. We use it for voice only, not for music. We DO recommend this headset.

Plantronics is the best device on the market. Great sound quality. Or n both for listening and speech high quality item

Needed a headset for multipoint pairing. The 5220 does the job well. Also streams audio well. Audio is clear from both phones. I like the voice prompts to answer or ignore incoming calls. Paired without issues. Battery life is pretty good ( I get about 3-4 days ) and use it for work.
