    to call hands free the phone has to be in an active mode. you can't just say call: an have it work you have to activate the phoen by hand first. not good. There is nothing as far as responding back when you ask to do something it shows on the screen but that is usless when you are driving.

Some phones's voice assistants can be used while the display is off and locked but some phones require the display to be locked.     Not worth the price. Cheap plastic and the voice quality is bad. The headset seems to be coming apart when I plug in usb in the charging port. previous versions are better. Planning to return the product.

    I’ve tried at least a dozen Bluetooth ear pieces before this, by far the Plantronics Voyager 5220 is the best. Knocks out 98% of the noise, fits comfortably in & around my ear & stays. No more complaints from the people I talk to about not being able to hear me.
