My Legend didn’t do that. Other than that the on ear sensor doesn’t work well either. Get a Legend and save the money. That said still better than most other brands.

Posted .Hello, we do appreciate your honest review. We sorry to hear the audio quality is not performing as expected as well as a the sensor on the Voyager 5220. One thing you can try is resetting the connection between the headset and your smart phone. To do this, please follow these steps: 1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices. 2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone. 3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. My Big problem with my purchase, it did not come with any charging cord or case. I had to purchase a charging stand separate. This made it also the most expensive blue tooth ever purchased.
