It is a nice product when working but drops off with no warning, tried disconnecting and re pairing as suggested by customer service, unit still continues to drop off calls

Posted .If your call audio switches back to the phone or off your headset during calls or at random times please try disabling your headset's Smart Sensors/Wearing Sensors through our Hub app for Android, iOS, macOS and Windows.

Even when the battery is fully charged the headset drops the call. I have to switch to the phone speaker to retrieve the call. This has happened repeatedly and it's only three months old. The Plantronics website is terrible and when you go to "contact us" under support, the link sends you to the top of the same page. Do not recommend!
