    I owned this headset for years. Then they upgraded the APP and it stopped working properly. Once I figured out that if I deleted the manufacture's application for the headset it works fine but without the APP features.

    Love my headset it’s honestly a great piece but it has issues that had to be addressed with Plantronics and after numerous attempts I was told to exchange it for another one and it’s only been a since I’m having issues already
