I am on the road all day in the service business driving from customer to customer. Since July 2021 I am on my 3rd one due to voice fading out, I could still hear fine but my customers would keep telling me I was breaking up or sounded distant so which makes this product unusable. Defiantly a red flag if Geek Squad will no longer cover the product. Now looking at my receipt you only have 15 days to return or exchange, so now I am stuck losing another $120.00. I and my family have multiple businesses so we go through electronics just due to use and usually buy Geek Squad for most electronics, computers, printers, etc. So now I went in and bought 2 Aeropex Aftershokz Mini and will pick up today 1 Aeropex Aftershokz. I hope these work out fine. As much as I like to buy from my Local Best Buy you can get about the same pricing and better return policy from Amazon on some of their products. Once again I would rather purchase from Best Buy but they are starting to lose our business.

We always aim for our headsets to accommodate 80% or more of all different ear shapes and sizes, however, if you don't find a secure and comfortable fit with the product even after trying all of the included ear tip sizes we do recommend that you consider trying a headset with a different wearing style.

Microphone failure

Of course, it was 2 months after the return window. I purchased on December 11 and the device stopped working correctly on March 11. Waste of money.
