I’ve been on this form factor headset four about 6 years, works great, it’s comfortable to wear, and the sound quality is great. I do use it daily for hours so I recommend the warranty as with the heavy usage I only get about 12-18 months out of them.

I owned an earlier model Plantronics boom, I believe it was tagged the "Legend." This updated model is far better than its predecessor. It fits better over the ear and the ear pod is much more comfortable. It picks up your voice and filters outside noise much better as well.

This earpieces clarity is exceptional. The noise cancellation from outside distractions also helps me a lot, whether on a business or personal call. I occasionally listen to music on it, as well. Although I don't think this device is specifically made for that type of market, I find it a nice plus that I can listen to music with relative clarity, if I want to. The only drawback is the microphone, which is also probably the reason for the clarity. The microphone is long and very ugly. I often get comments about "have you reached Captain Kirk yet?".... funny, I know. But the benefits and need for this device outweigh concerns I have over the aesthetics

This Voyager 5220 is one of the best sounding and most comfortable bluetooth headsets I have ever owned. People tell me that my voice comes through so clear that they can't tell I am talking to them through a bluetooth headset. It fits really well and is so light that I forget I'm wearing it. Well worth it.

I purchased this headset to use during work when I have to drive vehicles that do not have hands free systems in them and I have to be able to make and accept calls. So far I am quite pleased! There is enough clarity in both speaking and listening to communicate, even over the noise of large diesel trucks with the windows open in traffic. I do wish it allowed for a little bit louder maximum volume, but it is sufficient and has worked well pairing with my phone for communication and even BT music when no other decent option was available in the truck. Does eventually get uncomfortable on one eat, but you just flip the mic boom and put it on the other one. Overall, it has been a useful device to keep me legal and stay connected on the go!

Plantronics headset is the best for canceling wind and other background noises and is also very strong for connecting right away and distance. With that being said the Voyager is somewhat bulky and after awhile not fun to wear.

So much better than a previous model, the voice is very clear and clean. Purchased the accessory charger and hard case to protect it while on the road.

Plantronics is my best brand... Very sleek design and comfortable on ear. Call quality is great and no dropped calls.

This is my second 5200 series headset and I ordered the second as I often work longer than the old one can stay charged, and the charge time is actually quite good ! It appears so far that the 5220 has an even better battery and the sound quality I expect from Plantronics !

I had this model of Bluetooth for approximately 4 years and they are good but they don’t last more than a year and thanks to Best buy warranty I was able to pay to renew it every time that I had problem with it because the warranty is good for two years and it covers the only one that you exchange at that time . Now after the last exchange I’m not able to renew the warranty anymore and Now I have to registered and go directly to the company. It’s a good noise canceller .

This works well and you can hear good as well as others hearing you. I am only giving it 4 stars because it seems a little biig behind the ears. We've owned others that have been smaller behind the ears. Otherwise a great little piece.

I have tried so many different models of Plantronics ,Jabra etc this one has the best quality sound and noise cancellation I would give a 5 star but I don't like the over the ear placement I would prefer something more discrete and also after a year of heavy use thru the rail yards can get little bit bad from the dust and moisture on the microphones and loose the clarity on the other side but I been using this model for the last 5 year's and always buy a extended warranty can't even imagine my self wearing a Blue Parrot and look like pilot while driving a semi truck

I am more than impressed with the overall sound quality. Clean, balanced and adjustable to meet your needs. I found that doing several 'Test Calls' from within your home first was a great way to see how well it handled various situations. You'll do best under any conditions to speak at lower volumes as you would if the person was right next to you. If you speak too loudly, it will distort the sound. It is built in Mexico. Parts or components are fragile so take care with it. My only negative is that the base charging station (essential) isn't included. The small and ultra-fragile charging cord/pin must be connected carefully and gently. The charging base eliminates that concern and you can simply put the headpiece away each evening by laying it down where it self-connects to the base charger. Still, a solid 5 stars.

I have been a Plantronics fan for some time. I have owned various Plantronics bluetooths. This is an improvement in quality but same style I am familiar with and that works well and is comfortable. Love it! The sound quality is great. I never get complaints about background noise and I like the design.

I’ve tried different types of Bluetooth earpieces and by far this is the best, premium sound, great quality and comfortable to wear all day specially in times like this when having the phone away for the hands as much as possible is best.

This is best bluethooth headset for offical calls I had used so far. I have been using it cor 2 years now and never faced a single issue. Voice quality is excellent.battery back is still as good as it was on day one. I bought one for my father as well.

"Plantronics - Voyager 5220" is a very good bluetooth headset with 4 microspeakers that block out external disturbances. I can be driving on the highway, and I've been told by others that they could not even tell that I had a headset on or was driving. It definitely cancels out other noises. There are a few small drawbacks however, 1) may take sometime to adjust the earpiece over the ear as there's no adjustable part to increase/decrease length, 2) the button on the back of the headset are confusing initially in terms of which one to press to answer calls, check battery level, mute, and end calls. Overall a good buy and would recommend someone looking for a decently priced headset with noise cancellation features.

This headset has worked very well for me. As a garbage truck driver I need to be able to communicate with my boss and coworkers and do this hands free. The voice commands have worked pretty well so I’m able to answer incoming calls without even touching my phone because of this headset. I drive in a big loud garbage truck with the doors open and people can still hear me with no problem. I can hear them as well. I’m pretty pleased with my Plantronics Bluetooth.

Best headset I have used. The clarity of the calls and the longevity of the battery makes it worth the price. Noise canceling is a big plus. Connecting to my work phone and personal phone at the same time is also a big plus.
