I am more than impressed with the overall sound quality. Clean, balanced and adjustable to meet your needs. I found that doing several 'Test Calls' from within your home first was a great way to see how well it handled various situations. You'll do best under any conditions to speak at lower volumes as you would if the person was right next to you. If you speak too loudly, it will distort the sound. It is built in Mexico. Parts or components are fragile so take care with it. My only negative is that the base charging station (essential) isn't included. The small and ultra-fragile charging cord/pin must be connected carefully and gently. The charging base eliminates that concern and you can simply put the headpiece away each evening by laying it down where it self-connects to the base charger. Still, a solid 5 stars.

This headset has worked very well for me. As a garbage truck driver I need to be able to communicate with my boss and coworkers and do this hands free. The voice commands have worked pretty well so I’m able to answer incoming calls without even touching my phone because of this headset. I drive in a big loud garbage truck with the doors open and people can still hear me with no problem. I can hear them as well. I’m pretty pleased with my Plantronics Bluetooth.

I’ve tried different types of Bluetooth earpieces and by far this is the best, premium sound, great quality and comfortable to wear all day specially in times like this when having the phone away for the hands as much as possible is best.

This is my 4th or 5th Plantronics BT HS and my 2nd 5220. I use a HS constantly and nothing I've used compares to Plantronics. My 1st 5200 series came back to life after a trip through the Maytag. I let it dry out in rice for 2 weeks before charging it. But in the meantime I came across the 5220 at BB out of necessity. Love it. Claims of 30 meter range are questionable, but it does seem to work further from my handsets than other BT HS's. That 5220 got run over in a parking lot. It still works!!! But smashed doesn't fit my ear very well, so I got another 5220 without hesitation. Gripes: There are times when I have to power down in order to restore connectivity, but understand it's paired to 2 handsets at the same time, and one is continually in/out of range (I'm in/out of my car all day), and it's also fighting the BT of the car for dominance. Keepers: App allows you easy customization, comfort, voice quality (have mine set to HD voice and haven't noticed any battery drain), and ease of use.

I use the earpiece daily and have since it was purchased. It provides excellent sound and nose cancellation. The item charges fast and last long. Speech recognition works very well.

I love it, it works really well. I really love the answer or ignore function. The four mics are awesome. I hear the other person and they can hear me. Luv it....

Comfortable, good quality, unobtrusive, good sound. Could be less expensive, but I have purchased less expensive, and they haven't been as comfortable, etc. Easily switcheable from ear to ear; voice control; announces the call and the caller, with the option to "annser" or "ignore." I like it.

I had this model of Bluetooth for approximately 4 years and they are good but they don’t last more than a year and thanks to Best buy warranty I was able to pay to renew it every time that I had problem with it because the warranty is good for two years and it covers the only one that you exchange at that time . Now after the last exchange I’m not able to renew the warranty anymore and Now I have to registered and go directly to the company. It’s a good noise canceller .

Best headset I have used. The clarity of the calls and the longevity of the battery makes it worth the price. Noise canceling is a big plus. Connecting to my work phone and personal phone at the same time is also a big plus.

Good sound, very clear. Other end hears clearly as well. Other than when using on the left ear the mute button is easy to hit and the ear pieces can be finicky when in the ear. Battery life is all day if used hard,

This is the best Bluetooth ear piece money can buy. Super long battery life. Can connect 2 phones at one time which was great as I have personal and work phone. I have had mine for over a year no issues. I just purchased another for my Boss.

This is my go to Bluetooth. I have owned four of them over the past few years, I’m a service technician, And I am on the phone constantly. They have an excellent battery life and clarity, comfortable, stays in place.

Alot of these bluetooth items get achy after long use .This product stays on my head head for eight to ten hours at a time without any irritation.I`m sometimes in loud situations and the noise blocking feature allows my conversations not to be disturbed.Second time purchasing

Great sound reduction and clear speech. Sometimes the volume adjusts when I don't want it to. I prefer the voyager edge ear piece, less bulky and easier to quickly put to ear. But overall, a good bluetooth unit.

I've tested out a lot of Bluetooths (Blueteeth? LOL!) and this is the best one by far because the sound is so incredible that the person listening on the other end of the phone can't tell that I'm using it. It also does a great job of cancelling out background noise which is important because some of the others I've tried magnify background noise so that washing dishes sounds like you're running a vacuum to the person you're talking to! In addition, it does a nice job of keeping the Bluetooth in place. Even if it does become dislodged, it hangs on your ear instead of falling on the floor and getting lost or damaged.

Love this earpieces, it's so comfortable I forget I have it on. Hear real good out of it. My husband is a truck driver and he loves his too. Recommend to anyone looking for a good earpieces at a great price.

Excellent ear piece no real issues but volume could be a bit better but other than that I love it very comfortable considering other brands and styles.

This my 3rd Plantronics headset, the 1st after more 6 years of usage the battery went dead. Replaced with a newer model. Sadly after 3 short years, I accidentally seat on the headset and broke it. So I purchased the current model. So far it performs beautifully just like my previous purchases. It is by far the best headset I have used. I had numerous others like Samsung. During the usage of my headset, nobody noticed I was using headset. I have people complaining of strange echo during our conversation while using other brand of headsets. The ear pieces are not soft as previous Voyager models. that is the only minus about Voyager 5200 series.

I've gone through several headsets over the years and i find Plantronics makes the best never had a connection issue, nobody ever complained they couldn't hear me, the over the ear design is very comfortabl for all day use, battery life is good , love it and have nothing negative to say.
