    It has a button to activate alexa on your device, its not built in. Works as advertised other than that.

    Wasn't a bad earpiece until my third month Into it, started noticing a crackle sound as if the speaker was busted. Haven't had much issues other than that if you wear glasses this could be an issue for you.

Please try resetting the Bluetooth connection with your phone to clear the Bluetooth stack. To do so: https://goo.gl/emzUTA. Testing your headset with different phones and also at different locations and while connected to a single device at a given time is ideal in order to isolate the cause of the problem. In regards of comfort or technical issues wearing glasses, this will mainly depend on the design and thickness of them. As you may know, the earpiece has a pressure sensor that detects your ear.
