    I bought this for my husband for Christmas. Have talked to him a couple times now and the sound is good for a few minutes, then it will sound like he is far away from the mic...then it will sound fine again. Not sure why.

      Thank you for your honest review on our Voyager 5220, we are sorry to hear you experienced trouble with your unit.

      You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so:

      1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
      2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
      3. Re-pair the headset with your phone.

      If this does not fix your issue, we suggest pairing the headset to another cell phone as a test. If the issue is not present on the second phone, then the problem may be with the first phone, rather than the headset. If the issue exists on the second phone as well, you will need to replace the headset.

    Like it but just never seems to work the way it’s supposed too have been using this item for at least 8 to 10 years,it only lasts about 1 1/2 years

    Not as easy to use as previous model.

    The previous model which is extremely similar, was easier to use. The button on the long microphone piece, used to request someone be called, is hard to push and makes my finger sore. I liked the older version better.

    Wasn't a bad earpiece until my third month Into it, started noticing a crackle sound as if the speaker was busted. Haven't had much issues other than that if you wear glasses this could be an issue for you.

Testing your headset with different phones and also at different locations and while connected to a single device at a given time is ideal in order to isolate the cause of the problem. In regards of comfort or technical issues wearing glasses, this will mainly depend on the design and thickness of them. As you may know, the earpiece has a pressure sensor that detects your ear.     works wells with s10 plus but mh laptop has bluetooth but still does not work. I am not sure if UC model would have helped but my laptop having bluetooth expected this to work
