The Voyager 5220 is one of our best communication headsets and specially engineered to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes. There are some things you could try that should fix connectivity issues. This might be related to the smart sensors. These detect the pressure from your ear but there can be external conditions triggering them like having the earpiece a bit loose from your ear or wearing glasses, consequently sending the call back to the phone. To isolate the cause of the issue, please disable the master sensors through our Hub Software for Desktop: https://bit.ly/30jDXJM. Connect the earpiece powered-off via USB cable and go to settings>sensors>master sensor. If you would like to keep the sensors enabled, you can also reset them: Wearing the headset, tap the Call button to test sensors. A talk time voice alert means sensors are working. A tone or lack of voice prompts means sensors need to be reset.To reset the sensors, power on headset, connect the headset to a charger or directly to your computer's USB port and place it on a flat, non-metallic surface for more than 10 seconds. You might also want to ensure the unit's firmware version is up to date through Hub Software. We thank you for bringing this to our attention. Only negative is it says 7 hours of talk time and I'll be lucky if it last 5 hours on. I use this for work while driving so makes it a little difficult.
