We’ve always enjoyed extended warranty on certain items. This ear piece has excellent quality and longevity. Fits perfect, the hearing quality is fantastic, and receiving call parties never complain. I love it. Any time I need to replace it, Best Buy always does the honor of exchanging it. They have the best policies. This is why I handle all my electronics with Best Buy. I’ve used this particular ear piece for years of business.

My old Plantronics was wearing out so I needed to replace it. A few upgrades from my old one. It is very comfortable. The only thing I noticed was that you are unable to increase the volume as much as the old Plantronics Voyager

This is my go to Bluetooth. I have owned four of them over the past few years, I’m a service technician, And I am on the phone constantly. They have an excellent battery life and clarity, comfortable, stays in place.

This is my 4th or 5th Plantronics BT HS and my 2nd 5220. I use a HS constantly and nothing I've used compares to Plantronics. My 1st 5200 series came back to life after a trip through the Maytag. I let it dry out in rice for 2 weeks before charging it. But in the meantime I came across the 5220 at BB out of necessity. Love it. Claims of 30 meter range are questionable, but it does seem to work further from my handsets than other BT HS's. That 5220 got run over in a parking lot. It still works!!! But smashed doesn't fit my ear very well, so I got another 5220 without hesitation. Gripes: There are times when I have to power down in order to restore connectivity, but understand it's paired to 2 handsets at the same time, and one is continually in/out of range (I'm in/out of my car all day), and it's also fighting the BT of the car for dominance. Keepers: App allows you easy customization, comfort, voice quality (have mine set to HD voice and haven't noticed any battery drain), and ease of use.

Does NOT include the magnetic charger. Has a bit of a problem when connected to 2 phones. It's what you would expect for a high end headset. Comfortable and does have good battery life.

I have had several of these over the years and I have always had great luck and I will buy a replacement when this one is done.

Comfortable, good quality, unobtrusive, good sound. Could be less expensive, but I have purchased less expensive, and they haven't been as comfortable, etc. Easily switcheable from ear to ear; voice control; announces the call and the caller, with the option to "annser" or "ignore." I like it.

Works well in all aspects, but not perfect. would be perfect for me if it had an end that would fit further into ear like an earbud. Always have to push on it to get it close enough to hear. No one makes a perfect unit.

Love this earpieces, it's so comfortable I forget I have it on. Hear real good out of it. My husband is a truck driver and he loves his too. Recommend to anyone looking for a good earpieces at a great price.

This is the best Bluetooth ear piece money can buy. Super long battery life. Can connect 2 phones at one time which was great as I have personal and work phone. I have had mine for over a year no issues. I just purchased another for my Boss.

I use the earpiece daily and have since it was purchased. It provides excellent sound and nose cancellation. The item charges fast and last long. Speech recognition works very well.

Great audio quality and very comfortable to wear. I wish the battery would last longer, but its perfect for my needs.

Good quality, solid ear piece. I was going to give this 4 stars because the amplifier that wraps behind the ear is a little thick, but I’ve worn it a few times now and I didn’t mind the piece. I also wear reader glasses when needed and didn’t feel any difference…but I don’t wear glasses all the time. The sound quality is good enough that no one knows I’m wearing an ear piece, versus talking directly into my phone. Friends have told me they don’t hear any of the normal background noise that you hear with cheaper ear pieces. A bit on the pricey side, but other that I have bought that were cheaper had serious sound quality issues.

no matter how much money I spend I can't get a reliable headset. The mike overcompensates in noisy situations. The headset randomly changes my various volume settings. Sometimes it will change volume when I'm trying to dial a phone number. The sound is good, but has several volume and random disconnection problems. It's fairly comfortable and easy to use. I love the voice command features.

I've tested out a lot of Bluetooths (Blueteeth? LOL!) and this is the best one by far because the sound is so incredible that the person listening on the other end of the phone can't tell that I'm using it. It also does a great job of cancelling out background noise which is important because some of the others I've tried magnify background noise so that washing dishes sounds like you're running a vacuum to the person you're talking to! In addition, it does a nice job of keeping the Bluetooth in place. Even if it does become dislodged, it hangs on your ear instead of falling on the floor and getting lost or damaged.

Unfortunately with a job like mine this was not the fit for me, item does not sit perfectly in the ear so it tends to have a lot of room to move when you are working. Sound is okay as for the microphone from peoples feedback i sounded great.

Very happy with this item. Good sound, fits well too. Looks bulky but actually has a good feel on your ear.

I purchased this as a gift to my husband as he needed a device to connect to both his personal and work devices. He drives a lot outdoors, and we had been struggling to find a device that he could talk through without the constant sound of the wind interrupting the call. This device did the trick and was well worth the price. He's been using it for a few weeks now with no complaints.

This is one of the better options for picking up my voice. The omly down sides are the it doesnt work well with glasses and the part that goes in ear doesnt fit properly. All other options on it are great and it was easy to connect to my devices.

Iv own this blue tooth for many years . its the best one on the market hands down there is a app to down load for this product that you can make more personal for you i have bought manly all brands at best buy to review and i found that the voyager 5220 could be connected to two different Phone work and personal and also use this to listen to music the down side to this product the rubber around the ear dose get loose after a few months of use every day
