||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This thing is the biggest piece of crap its horrible i left my blue parrot at home as a trucker i can tell you this thing is crap it doesnt go into your ear canal as earbuds it sits on your ear giving the feeling of falling off and wearing sunglasses makes it worse i will be returning this product and the wife says voice is crap and echoing she said blue parrot is better quality also

Posted .Thank you for sharing your honest review on our Voyager 5200; However, we're deeply sorry to hear you were unable to find a comfortable fit. These headsets are designed to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes; along with the different sizes of ear gels available. As you've mentioned, the ear gel sits on the ear canal but does not go into the ear canal. Foam covers are also included for a more comfortable and secure fit; however, we do know that one size may not fit all and if you find the product too uncomfortable for normal use we strongly recommend that you consider using a headset with a different wearing style. We will surely forward your comments to our team for review and consideration.

If you are experiencing connectivity issues, you might want to try updating the firmware version of your headset through Plantronics Hub for Desktop. https://goo.gl/gsUuyV Once the installation is complete and you connect your headset with the Micro-USB cable, it should read your earpiece and check for pending updates on the notifications section. In addition to this, please try disabling the Master sensor on Settings>sensors to see if you get a different result.
