    Disappointed with the volume of this Bluetooth. Expected a bit more from Plantronics You have to push tight against your ear to really hear good.

    Not good for person that wears glasses as it's hard to put glasses on when using the unit. It's kinda bulky and hurt my ear a bit but audio works good.

    Audio quality not very good either on the mic or headphones side. Also the range is terrible— like 10 ft — ever since the firmware update
