Alot of these bluetooth items get achy after long use .This product stays on my head head for eight to ten hours at a time without any irritation.I`m sometimes in loud situations and the noise blocking feature allows my conversations not to be disturbed.Second time purchasing

It answers my call, voice activated calling , it even ignores calls ,i dont want to answer . Its soft on the ears and i dont have to worry about it drop off my ears in unusual and Unretrievable areas if it fall off my ear. This the 3rd Plantronics Voyager series ear peice ,ive owned.It just doesnt have the studio sound like the others when listening to music or a movie on the plane. I try apple, 2 beats ear pieces, all had issues for me.

Works great, people can hear me clearly when it’s windy, long battery life, works when I’m sweaty. Best one I’ve found and have been using them for 12 years

Excellent ear piece no real issues but volume could be a bit better but other than that I love it very comfortable considering other brands and styles.

Great product. Very clear. Filters backgound noise. I cut grass and the person could still hear me clearly. Comfortable on ear, however, be careful not to loose it. Wish there was a carrying case included

I like this one but the battery does not last as long as the M series.

Plantronics is the only brand I will use. Plantronics was introduced to me by Friends and Service techs I use to service my heavy equipment. After my first one I was hooked. They work great and can take a lot of abuse. They have noice cancelation technology that works great, so even in a noisy situation the person on the other end of your call hears you perfectly clear. I buy the protection plan because things do happen and Best Buy stays true to their word to replace it without any headaches on my end. I used my protection plan to replace this unit. I can recommend this headset, but do yourself a favor and buy it at Best Buy and get the protection plan, it’s a good investment and you're buying from a store you can trust, to stand behind their products.

I previously purchased a Plantronics Voyager Legend SE ear piece. After about a year or so, it began to fail, a little at a time. I am a fan of extended warranties on most high-end electronics since there is so much that can go wrong. In this case, I purchased a 2 year extended warranty so, when the issues became to much to deal with, I returned the ear piece under warranty and, upgraded to a better ear piece. Since the model I had was no longer available, I upgraded to the Plantronics Voyager 5220. My first impression is that this is a much more capable device. Voices in both directions are superior as is the noise cancellation capabilities of the ear piece. Can't really speak to battery life since the unit has only been in use for a week. Based on my initial experience, I have great hope that I will have this ear piece for some time to come. As always, I once again purchased a 2 year extended warranty, just in case.

Good sound, very clear. Other end hears clearly as well. Other than when using on the left ear the mute button is easy to hit and the ear pieces can be finicky when in the ear. Battery life is all day if used hard,

I've gone through several headsets over the years and i find Plantronics makes the best never had a connection issue, nobody ever complained they couldn't hear me, the over the ear design is very comfortabl for all day use, battery life is good , love it and have nothing negative to say.

Sounds ok, sits ok on your ear. After a couple months of every day use, started having severe connectivity issues. I’ve had a couple of these and all have the same issues.

I love my Plantronics - Voyager 5220 Bluetooth Headset. I work from home and use it everyday for eight hours or more. It fits my small ears very comfortably and I can hear very well. Comes with other sized ear pieces. It little more money than others but very much worth it.

Fits nicely, great features like noise cancelling and mute button, and last number callback, great 6 to 7 hour battery life. NOTE if new to this, must get beyond the weighty and bulky initial feeling on the ear. After two weeks its part of your body.

This my 3rd Plantronics headset, the 1st after more 6 years of usage the battery went dead. Replaced with a newer model. Sadly after 3 short years, I accidentally seat on the headset and broke it. So I purchased the current model. So far it performs beautifully just like my previous purchases. It is by far the best headset I have used. I had numerous others like Samsung. During the usage of my headset, nobody noticed I was using headset. I have people complaining of strange echo during our conversation while using other brand of headsets. The ear pieces are not soft as previous Voyager models. that is the only minus about Voyager 5200 series.

Great sound reduction and clear speech. Sometimes the volume adjusts when I don't want it to. I prefer the voyager edge ear piece, less bulky and easier to quickly put to ear. But overall, a good bluetooth unit.

I've had a number of these headsets over the years and keep coming back because no other headset has the noise cancelling capability this has...I also need an over the ear as I don't have a notch in my ear for earbuds. Here is one tip - TURN OFF THE MASTER WEARING SENSOR. If you don't the headset will often disconnect and go to your phone for a few seconds...it's really touchy. I also highly recommend getting the charging case...makes it harder to lose or break the headset and it adds 7+ hours of talk time between charges.

It’s a little big to go over your ear and took some time to get used to. The battery life is great and the sound is awesome. I am told it cancels out background noise from those I am talking to. Did I mention how great the battery is?It is a 6 hour talk time.

Works great, charges quickly, finally a headset that's comfortable to wear. Great sound, everything is clear & quality. Good price & good product.
